15 Second stroll to north beach! huge front… – homeaway what are the 4 gas giants in the solar system

I recently returned from a week long stay at the Buddy in South Haven, Michigan and I have nothing but positive things to say. The cottage itself has a very cozy and homey feeling, there are two small bedrooms and a very nice sized living room with sleeper sofa and a galley style kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom is completely adequate and there is also a washer/dryer. There is a window air unit, however we opened up the doors and windows and with a great cross breeze never needed it. My favorite part of the property is the patio area. There is seating for 10 and a gas grill. The garden patio is beautiful and there is a relaxing waterfall and goldfish pond. There is a stream of traffic that drives by but you barely notice because of the hedge fencing and foliage. There is also a back deck with a view of Lake Michigan. The location of the cottage is perfect, a very short walk in one direction and you are on North Beach or a short walk in the other direction and you are on the channel watching the boats go by. It’s close enough to walk or bike to all of the wonderful downtown restaurants, bars and shops. The Buddy is pet friendly so we were able to bring both big dogs, there is a doggy potty park within a block walk and the dog friendly beach is a short drive away. The owner of the Buddy is Leslie and she lives upstairs. She is the nicest person you will ever meet and not in the least bit intrusive. She makes you feel so welcome and gives great tips on local eateries. I truly had no idea what I was getting when I rented the Buddy and I must say it was worth every penny. I thought the price was extremely reasonable especially with the close beach access. It sleeps six comfortably, plenty of outdoor space and two parking spots which if you are familiar with the north beach area is a rare find. I am giving the Buddy the highest rating and it is truly worth every star. I can’t wait to return next year. Rent the Buddy…you will not be disappointed.
