When you walk into the back of the home, you are in the Kitchen. It is fully equipped with everything you need, if you cannot see what you want on the counter space it will be in the cupboards. The stove is Gas, as is the Hot Water. The rest of the house is electric, the house is built as a square, easily accessible.

The two bedrooms come with fresh linens, there are extra linens in the trunks of each of the bedrooms. All the furniture is empty of personal items and for your use, dressing table, chest of drawers, night stands etc. There is a full closet in the guest bedroom but not the master, in the master there is plenty of hanging space behind doors, on the rail between the bathroom and hallway as well as hat stand.

In the laundry room there is a camp bed that can be used for a young person, as well as a camp pad. I do not consider this adequate to call a bedroom but the bed can be put in sun room or Master bedroom if needed. The washer and dryer are available for your use. Feel free to fill the bird feeders in back yard with the birdfeed from the large blue container beside water heater.

Has recently been modernized and comes with large shower, double sinks and cupboard/shelf space. Hand towels and faceclothes in top drawer, hairdryer also in a drawer as well as other styling tools. The large bath towels are in the guest bathroom, white shelves. You can ignore the scales, I never use them myself.

Two huge comfy sofas and a lounging chair, TV has local channels only, use the SOURCE button on Large remote to toggle between TV and HDM1, HDM1 has Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies and Acorn TV, paid access. Use the small remote to move around when on HDM1. There are various CD movies available on living room shelves for your use.

Parking is available on the East side (right side, facing the house) of the house, OR in the public parking lane located at the front of the house. Please remember Virginia is a one-way street. This is a shared driveway, Please leave enough room at the side of the house for my neighbors to access their parking spots beside their house.

Everything you will ever need for an enjoyable stay. Ideal for short-term corporate relocation, business trip or family visits. Appeals to guests who value the comfort, warmth and extras that create a real home away from home feel. The rooms are wide and open, very welcoming. The whole house gives a wonderful warm welcoming vibe. I live here myself when I am not travelling. I sit on the back porch and listen to the birds for hours, complete privacy. A table/chairs on back porch great for casual dining, right off the fully appointed kitchen.
