Electrical Parts – We are unable to take a return of any electrical parts including but not limited to clutches, solenoids, lights, starter motors, and wiring harnesses. New Power Equipment Returns – Power Equipment is not eligible for returns once it has been in contact with gas or oil. Once gassed or oiled it will not be accepted for return even if sent back. If you have gassed or oiled the machine and are having problems, you will need to take it to an authorized service center. If it is a manufacturer defect it may be covered under warranty through that service dealer. Used Equipment Returns – In most cases used equipment will not be eligible for returns. It is typically sold as is with no warranty. We will only accept returns of used equipment if the listing was found to have an error or mistake that changes condition of the equipment. We will list products as accurately as possible but the buyer is assuming the risk when buying a used piece of equipment. Defective Products – We recommend that you use or at least inspect the product as soon as possible. That way we can remedy any issues as quickly as possible. If you find the product is defective, email or call us immediately. In many cases we can solve the issue promptly. Another viable solution would be to call the manufacturer. Most manufacturers have a product support/customer service line. Please have the model and serial number of the product ready for the most expedited service. If you have gassed or oiled your power equipment and are having problems with it, you will need to take it to an Authorized Service Center. We cannot take something back that has been gassed or oiled. You can find the closest servicing center to you by visiting the manufacturers website or by calling the manufacturer. If it is a manufacture defect it may be covered under warranty through that service center. General Shipping Information: Carrier Information – We use a variety of carriers to get you the product the fastest. We will choose the appropriate delivery method for your order to your specific address. It is not possible for us to guarantee a specific carrier when you place your order. Tracking Number – If available by the chosen carrier, we will send you a tracking number as soon as possible. Original Packaging and Repackaging – Sometimes items will not ship out in an original box despite being labeled as new. For instance Treegator Bags may ship out in a box for a hedge trimmer. Felco shears may ship out in an envelope rather than a box. Most parts will ship out in relabeled boxes. Some manufactures ship new products to us with two units in one box. PO Box and APO/FPO – We do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, but some items may be considered hazardous materials and cannot be shipped to these addresses. We will inform you if your purchase cannot be shipped and will try to work out a solution. We can only ship via USPS to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
