That combination, in addition to the perfect harmony and magical land they picked to host their retreats in, take your mind, soul, and body to a whole new dimension. I came out of this yoga retreat feeling like a bird: so light, so free, so energized m gastrocnemius I could just fly. And I did! I was freed from many attachments and my own limitations as a fibromyalgia patient. I learned to love my body as it is, all while safely pushing its limits and reaching new heights – surprising myself with the many things I *could* do. Our minds are so powerful. Once we free ourselves from self-imposed limits and societal/cultural attachments, it’s like we’re born again. Not only we feel it in the physical realm (our body gas finder mn), but also deep within our hearts and souls. Ramananda, Lily, Ashley: I will be forever indebted to you for the new life you have gifted me by sharing your knowledge, wisdom, love. I can’t wait to go back, but next time for your teacher training 😉 More Show less

I waited two and a half months to write my review about blooming lotus yoga. Being in Bali changed my direction, my beliefs, and my view of the world. I had one month in Bali learning to be a yoga teacher, and left with a new profound respect for all living things. The yoga of western culture has not resonated with me for a long time and so I went looking for a different aspect of yoga. I am so grateful to have found lily, Ramananda, and Annette. The space, including the resort were so grounding and peaceful that it offered a serenity that let me grow. The food was in line with the yogic teachings of kindness to myself and my surrounding, not overly spicy or dramatic, but tasty and nourishing. I did need snacks though x men electricity mutant. The rooms were peaceful and very clean. What better way to learn abundance but with my own plunge pool(I had to share it with 3 other people). The beds were clean and very comfortable and my roommate and I had plenty of space each. The people and the training made me feel free and comfortable to express myself and love and nurture myself. I feel so blessed to have had this experience. Coming home to a busy life, I thought would be overwhelming, was remarkably calm and joyful. I see my surroundings and the people in my life with more peace and acceptance. It has brought so much clarity to my life. What a gift I was given to have such a beautiful experience change how I see myself in so many profound ways. I have maintained my meditation practice and continue to do western yoga. I do my yoga with an inner peace and wisdom making my practice more electricity experiments for preschoolers intentional and complete. Thank you to blooming lotus, many blessings

I don’t know how to describe my experience. It was beautiful and transformative but it’s also so much more than that. First the setting, Ubud Corner 88 is stunning. It’s a little far away from Ubud. About a 15 to 25 minute ride depending on traffic. The rooms are extremely comfortable. Each villa has their electricity distribution vs transmission own pool. The service is friendly and genuine. The food is delicious, although I feel like we could have used more food. I often felt hungry after breakfast and lunch. I would have the lunch provided, then go back to my room and have a whole other meal. I had a massage at the spa, it was about one of the worst massages I’ve received in my life. I’d definitely recommend going into Ubud and getting one there. The teachers are absolutely amazing. They just have wonderful energies about them. The are professional, knowledgable, extremely gentle and patient. They just genuinely want to help people. You can tell this is not about money for them. I have been practicing asana for 3 years, but have tried many times to meditate, but was never able to stick with it and make it a regular practice. Somehow, following the teachings of these teachers, I was able to do it. And it made me feel so calm and full of joy. The asana practices are gentle and even tho it’s in a group setting, tailored to each person’s needs. I feel like this review does not even come close to describing what the experience was like. I guess it’s just one of those things that you electricity vs gasoline just have to experience for yourself. This is also one of the most affordable yoga retreats in Bali. I cannot recommend it enough! Please come experience it for yourself!

After my experience, I have walked away with wisdom, peace, patience, and an open heart for myself and the world. Some advice for those who are looking to deepen their practice here… Especially those who practice Western yoga: -This is not your 8am Saturday morning Pilates workout. In fact, authentic yoga is not about fitness and competition. Yoga is a spiritual journey about looking into yourself, your mind, your heart, your body vehicle and finding stillness, wholeness, and nothingness z gas el salvador simultaneously. -This is a safe place of non-judgment. Others’ journeys are not yours to judge, nor are others to judge your journey -This retreat is about self-love and self-discipline, and self-exploration, not about what poses (asanas) you can and cannot do. This retreat is suitable for all levels. I have been practicing yoga on and off for 5 years and Buddhist meditation with mala beads for 6 months. My boyfriend joined me on this retreat for the 4-day experience, and gas stoichiometry practice sheet he hadn’t set foot on a yoga mat in his life. In my time at Blooming Lotus, I was overwhelmed by the surrounding of nature, with lush green forest all around, flowers, a river, water fountains, flowers, birds, and the sounds of life simply happening. Coming from Southern California, it was such a relief to get away from the noise and chaos of technology, traffic, and everyday stress electricity schoolhouse rock. With this, the staff at the Villas were so kind and warm and always happy to assist or answer questions. During my 7-day retreat, Ashley guided each meditation and yoga (asana) session. She lectured about many different spiritual aspects of yoga, and provided insight on prana, energy, and meditation. She helped us transition in and out of each session with peace and tranquility, but as a group we also shared many laughs and personal stories that made us all feel connected and that we were all old friends having a reunion. At first, I was intimidated going into this retreat because I thought it would be much too serious and very intense. As I’m sure each retreat group has a very different dynamic, I was lucky enough to feel like I could unabashedly be myself, reveal my raw thoughts and feelings, but still have fun along the way. This retreat helped me love myself more for who I am, made my outlooks on life feel validated, and overall helped reaffirm that I am headed in the right direction and that my path in life is fine just the way it is. I only left the retreat 3 days ago but I already miss it so much!! Transitioning back into the western world is going to be a shock, but I believe I was provided with the necessary tools and practice to keep the same state of mind that I had during 4 main gases in the atmosphere my retreat, and carry it with me wherever I go next. There’s no better place to go on retreat than a place that practices compassion, humility, and joy every single day like the Balinese culture. Namaste.
