How do you identify which system you have? Well if your hot water is heated by the gas boiler for immediate use and you don’t have a hot water cylinder then you are likely to have a combination boiler or “combi”. It would be hard for me to diagnose this properly. I am by no means on expert on boiler faults. Clearly the hot water flow is being reduced in some way. This could either be a blockage or some valve somewhere in the system not working correctly and restricting the hot water flow.
