We booked this experience for my 12 year old son for just after Christmas, unfortunately due to all the flooding the date we had booked had be postponed. MBW called to postpone it and said they would call back the over the next week to rebook – unfortunately they didn’t call back and we ended up calling them. Due to circumstances on our side we then needed to more the new booking a few hours earlier. They were quite sniffy about it and tried to charge me £25 – however after explaining that we had previously postponed they eventually agreed to move it for free. The driver Peter was excellent and put my son at ease immediately, he was also very encouraging and did a good job of making this visit different from the last. My son is now looking forward to his next drive there.
