Ah, beautiful baja beaches,no better place … – vrbo thermal electricity how it works

We love ending the day with a glass of wine on one of the two the decks overlooking the ocean, going out early in the morning to watch the sunrise over the estuary, bike riding along the beach and watching people just kicking back and enjoying life. The fireplace provides a cozy spot on cooler days, and big glass doors open to allow breezes to flow through on warmer days. The beach is perfect for our grandchildren, who are now ages 4 months to 23 years — hard to beat that! Dolphins in the evenings, pelicans all day, sea gulls scrapping overhead, little skittering birds along the water all provide entertainment. For some world class meals, Ensenada is close by. Local restaurants come and go and some are perfect for a day after the beach. They currently offer everything from good Mexican food to pizza to fish so fresh that it smiles up at you. If you want to do nothing, there are movies to watch on the DVD player, books galore to read in the ‘library’ aka the bunk room, and lots of places for navel gazing and contemplation! We are available anytime should you need information or a fast repair or toilet paper or whatever. View more about Linda Sanders

My family (8 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 babies) stayed here and were very pleased with the place. Linda was extremely communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. She lives just down the street so it is easy for her to check in on things. She even got a pack n play for us per my request a few days before.

This was one of the few houses we could find that had 3 ACTUAL bedrooms – no storage or laundry room with a bunk bed thrown in. The top floor is an enormous bedroom with plenty of floor space if you need (could easily throw an air mattress or two) and a cool patio with an amazing view of the beach. The other two bedrooms on the main floor were a good size too, we even had room for a pack ‘n’ play in the smallest one. I think there was cable/TV in every bedroom if you’re into that thing. Another huge plus is three full bathrooms – never had to wait for a shower. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook – and we did a lot of cooking! Lots of windows on the main level with easy beach access. Tons of seating and couches in the living room, and a dining room table big enough for all of us (squeezing just a bit).

Other pros: outdoor shower (with warm water!) to rinse off the sand, boogie boards, kayaks, beach chairs. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire pit one evening. There were plenty of bath and beach towels – we did not have to wash any the whole time. We had space to park our FOUR cars inside the gate for extra security.

Every property has a few cons – but nothing that would prevent us from coming back! This house is very close to the public beach, so the beach may not be as clean or quiet as some houses further down the peninsula – but it was really only noticeable on the weekend. One day there was a car parked on the beach in front of the place and there was a decent amount of garbage – a few of us spent some time on the first day picking it up. There was also some horse poop but I imagine that you get that all the way down the peninsula. Lastly, some of the furniture inside the house had a bit of an odor and could probably be replaced or at least get a new slipcover, but otherwise the house was very clean.
