This 1 bedroom air-conditioned condo that sleeps 4 (queen pull-out sofa), is built for comfort and pampering. The very large bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with luxurious linens and TV. The master ensuite has a soothing rain shower and hair dryers are provided. A second full-bathroom offers a shower and beautiful fixtures. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, bowls, pots and pans, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The living room has a queen sofa bed, seating and a TV. The in-condo laundry has a washer and dryer, as well as ironing board and iron. WiFi and great television programming is available as well as a bluetooth speaker for playing music from your device. Entrance to the building is secure and can only be accessed from a pass card and there is also a security guard on duty 24 hours a day. More details follow on the amazing rooftop oasis with pool and 360 views of mountains, old town and the stunning Banderas Bay. Refresh yourself in the 50-meter salt water pool and then lounge on padded lounge chairs. Need a change of pace, walk a few steps to the Los Muertos beach and buy a few wares or get a massage…everywhere you turn in the condo and out will be a pampering and great experience….we are after all Casa Fiesta! This is a newer property and so it has a pristine spa feel from the ground floor to the rooftop. The rooftop is just breathtaking and offers a quiet and serene experience with it’s 50 meter salt-water pool, barbeque and kitchen space with ice maker, cook-top and refrigerator, and comfortable lounging for sun and shade. WiFi is available throughout the building as well and elevators take you to where you want to go. If you enjoy working out in a gym, the Park has a great one. Administration staff is on hand and security is on-site 24 hours. The condo unit itself is very well laid out and the master bedroom will ensure a very comfortable and undisturbed sleep with its blackout effect. TVs in both the living room and bedroom are available when it’s time to relax, and the kitchen is fully stocked if you want to prepare meals. Laundry facilities are a real bonus as well. Your terrace here is a great place to people watch and unwind with a beverage or cocktail and see all the activities in Lazaro Cardenas park, like the weekly Sat. market. I can’t say enough about the location and all that you can access here within a few steps…it is simply the perfect location and offers everything you could ask for and so much more. A number of adventure companies offer a variety of additional activities like zip-lining, 4 x 4 offroading, fly boarding, whale-watching (Dec. – Mar.), all-inclusive water/day activities like Las Caletas or the Marietas, and, excursions to many interesting places like the set of the move "The Predator". Night excursions like the pirate ship are also very popular. There are a number of beaches (Las Animas and Yelapa) that can be reached via water-taxi at the pier a few steps away, and others that are a short-drive but offer real beauty and a great cultural experience, like Bucerias and Sayulita. El Tuito and Myto are worth the trip. A local market takes place every Saturday in the square across the street – I go every week! Sitting on the beach and bartering for some really nice Mexican wares is one of my favourite things to do..oh and doing this while getting a massage is even better.

Activities abound just a few meters away on the beach like parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, fishing excursions, etc. There are festivals and performances throughout the year, but particularly in high season. Day of the Dead, Guadalupe processions, Mardi-gras, Independence Day, Christmas/New Years, and Easter are big celebrations.

Live theater cannot be missed for some amazing talent. Act II stages, The Palm, and The Boutique Theatre above Nacho Daddys are a few steps away and ticket prices are very reasonable. Many charitable events take place that allow visitors to give back, or just stroll the malecon on any given night and you are likely to see an event or performance of some kind.

Eating and happy hours galore in Puerto Vallarta. I have my favorite restaurants like Vista Grill with its breathtaking views, Barcelona Tapas, Archie’s Wok, Kaiser Maximillian, Langostinos, Boccon di Vino, Margarita Grill, La Dolce Vita, and El Andariego..to mention a few. There are so many more. Try Signature Lounge at The Pinnacle for Happy Hour, or Langostinos on the beach.
