Negatives: Need to bring your own soap/shampoo. It’s located north of town a ways (couple miles) – you need an ATV or car to access it. You can’t access from the beach (if you’ve been to Los Barriles, you know that you can drive ATVs everywhere, including on the beach…which is the best way to access restaurants and beaches in our experience…plus its fun).

One other thing to note – prior to arrival I exchanged several emails after booking with the owner who is very responsive, but also very anxious about the property. We were traveling with another family (who stayed at another property) and rented kansas gas service login side x side ATVs for transportation….disclosing that was a mistake. We exchanged multiple emails prior to arrival where Al, the owner expressed concern about having too many people in the house, bothering neighbors, driving ATVs on the beach, etc. Hints of trusting we will honor the contract and neighbors and Victor (the property manager) will be watching. It is understandable he wants to be protective of his property and neighbors, but the tone was a bit accusatory a little frustrating to deal with on a vacation. Because of this, we wouldn’t stay there again.

There are so many positive things to say about this gas smoker ribs home that I don’t know where to begin. The location from town was ideal, providing a sense of privacy with accessibility to services, stores, and activities. The house itself is beautiful and exceeds gas bloating pain all expectations created by the photos. Water temperature was surprisingly warm for early December and while entry into the ocean from directly behind the property was not necessarily easy, it was completely manageable with respect to timing for high tide and shorebreak. The rocky entry was well worth it as the snorkeling behind the house was amazing and the reefs pristine, attracting a multitude of tropical electricity word search puzzle fish, rays, and turtles. We even saw whales arcing remarkably close to shore. The pickleball court, Tres Palapas, was a short walk from the house and provided wonderful afternoon entertainment for some of our family members as well as delicious and nutritious smoothies, salads, and fresh juices. We originally planned this excursion as a kiting vacation but unfortunately only had one day of wind, so having a wonderful home to spend time at ended up being critical to the overall success of this trip.
