Most homes in this immediate area are private residences. This quality home has an open floor plan with built-in dining booth which makes being together easy, yet plenty of room to spread out. A new lanai has a barbecue and teak furniture. The home has A/C, 3 large top of the line TVs with DVR or Blu-ray. Secure WiFi, high speed LAN & wireless printer included for your convenience. Multiple size coolers, beach towels, charcoal grill, beach chairs, Frisbees and boogie boards provided for your enjoyment.

Aloha and comfort have been thought of in every personal touch of this house. Our house is best for those who are looking for peace and quiet and to relax in paradise. Peace and quiet is important to us and our neighbors. We ask that groups looking to party and/or invite added guests to the house refrain from booking with us. This is not a house for parties, wedding parties, or any gatherings other than the guests staying at our property. No guests or visitors allowed. This house is not baby proofed or toddler safe. Parent with small children must be aware we do not provide cribs, high chairs, safety gates, changing tables or diaper disposal canisters. Any items needed for baby/toddler comfort/safety can be rented from a third party. This house has many baby/toddler hazards such as glass top tables, second and third floor windows with large screens and open staircases. Families are welcome but you are renting at your own risk. Owner takes no responsibility for the safety of his property for babies/toddlers.

Our luxurious, yet comfortable rental is located just a couple steps from Sunset Beach, second house in but with a partial ocean view. Surrounding surf spots within walking distance include Banzai Pipeline, Rocky Point, Monster Mush, Backyards, V-land & Freddie’s. Miles of white sand beach with crystal blue water for romantic walks, day or night. Enjoy a beautiful sunset with a glass of wine then see more stars than you knew existed. Enjoy the local Farmers Market in Waimea Valley Thursdays from 3-7 pm with live music entertainment from local artists, as well as locally grown produce, food, art & handmade souvenirs . Have a fun packed day at Waimea Beach, finish it off with dinner at the Proud Peacock, surrounded by lush tropical plants & wild peacocks. Snorkel at Sharks Cove then, walk across the street to either Sharks Cove Grill Outdoor Dining or one of the delicious food trucks parked in the area. Give ’em a try! Check out unspoiled Kewela Bay. It has not been developed & gives you the feeling of being on a deserted island, back in time with banyan trees & jungle like vegetation. The North Shore community has worked very hard to stop the development of Kewela Bay… you may see cars with green & white ‘Keep the Country Country’ stickers. Kewela Bay is just part of the success of this grass roots campaign. Many movies, TV and commercials have filmed in Kewela Bay. Bring your camera! Historic Haleiwa Town – Take a day to go into the quaint surfer town of Haleiwa. It’s a step back into old Hawaii with many small shops & dining THIS is a MUST-DO. While in Haleiwa stop at world famous Matsumoto’s Shave Ice & WAIT IN LINE, it’s worth it. Li Hing, pineapple, mango & lychee are local favorites. Can’t decide? Get rainbow! It’s a little bit of everything. Grab a delicious lunch with an artistic flair at Waialua Bakery. Locally grown produce, fresh gourmet breads baked on site & home-made baked goods. Get the wonder bars before they run out! Excellent sandwiches, salads & smoothies. Always a smile & a good time at Waialua Bakery. Getting later in the day? Time for Haleiwa Joe’s for sunset happy hour PuPu’s (appetizers) & famous Mai Tai’s in their souvenir cup. So cute with the sand in the bottom! Sit on the Lanai, listening to Hawaiian music & watch the sunset over the harbor as stand up paddle boarders (SUP) go under the rainbow Bridge… Bring your camera! Have kids? Want pizza? You have several pizza places to choose from. Spaghatinnis is a quick, bake to order by the slice or by the pizza. Always sold out before closing. Second we have Brick Oven Truck. This is a sight to be seen. It is a little booth with a real brick oven attached by a trailer hitch behind. They are usually located between Sharks Cove & Rocky Point. Then we have ‘FOOD TRUCK LAND’ just across from the McDonald’s under the canopy of a giant shade tree in Haleiwa. Shrimp, Hot Dogs, Burgers, Smoothies, ice cold coconuts and so much more. Cholo’s local Mexican food since 1995 located in the North Shore Market Place. Best known for their fresh fish tacos & Specialty Margarita’s! Banzai Sushi Bar also in the North Shore Market Place. Sit on the floor & watch a surf movie or listen to live music while dining on sushi made with fish caught that day or sit at the sushi bar.
