If there is one place that cannot be experienced through the lens of a camera or YouTube video, it is the majestic beauty of the mountains and canyons of Arizona. I did have one regret when leaving The Cabin on the 14th Tee…not adding a few extra days to the stay. Thank you, Charles and Zoe, for a wonderful and unforgettable vacation!

My wife and I decided to go skiing on a long weekend in January and we invited a couple of family friends to join us. We looked for a place on VRBO and Cabin-On-The-14th-Tee fit the bill. The house itself is beautiful – wide open floorplan with four separate bedrooms (two of which have their own bathrooms albeit one is a half-bath). The guest shower has dual heads (how cool is that!?) so I ended up using it more than the master shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with some really cool mood lighting options and the dining room table is quite large, accommodating groups of 9 or more. The house is also stocked with books and movies for downtime as well as a Bose 1 unit electricity cost in gujarat sound system to make the aforementioned movies sound good. 🙂

The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t get the fireplaces to work when we first got there and they sent someone right out to resolve it. We wanted to extend our stay mid-vacation and they allowed us to stay an additional night. Then, one of our party had an accident on the slopes and I needed to stay even more days beyond the one day extension and they graciously extended once again. In all (aside from the injury) I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home or kinder, more attentive owners. We will try to stay at this house every time we visit Flag from now on!

We stayed at this cabin for 6 nights and had a great time. It had everything we needed. It was clean, warm and inviting. We did notice some spider webs (like gas x coupon 2015 another reviewer mentioned) but no spiders around. We loved the layout of the house with two separate living areas. We were able to let our kiddos play in one area while we adults relaxed in the second space. The kitchen was awesome with very nice appliances. The dining table was huge and fit us all. We didn’t get to enjoy the deck too gas variables pogil answers extension questions much because of the snow and cold weather but it looked spacious. The driveway was a little tricky to get our cars in and out of- especially with the snow. It is very steep and we were worried that we would slip straight into the garage if there somehow was ice. Luckily, we had no ice. The house has 3 fireplaces and 2.5 bath. We were three families and each family got its own bathroom which was a plus. One evening we noticed the elk wandering out back on the golf course. They came very close to our cabin.. what a sight! Our favorite part was after the fresh snowfall, we were able to take the kids out back sledding on the golf course covered in fresh snow. It was a winter wonderland- we loved it and so did the kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you gsa 2016 catalog Charles and Zoe. We hope to return again in the future!

It’s with mixed emotions that I write this review. So many people gave it 5*. I wanted to also. The owner was helpful and accessible from start to finish. He gets a 5*. But I just can’t give the property the same review. It’s in need of some tender loving care. The bedrooms could use paint, woodwork repairs and new bedding. The kitchen needs organization. We were constantly searching for items that were hard 5 gases to find. Some of the furniture and fixtures look worn and tired and the lighting in the house was limited (although it has lots of natural light on one side of the home).

But our biggest problem was the house was very cold! We adjusted the heat immediately when we arrived only to find that the owner has control of the thermostat! I have never experienced that before. After several calls/texts to the owner we got the heat turned on but it never completely warmed the house up. I slept with a down vest on every night! The fireplace in the bedroom did not put off much heat. If this house is rented out in the winter they should upgrade to energy efficient windows and/or put in some decent window coverings in to help keep the cold out. The bedrooms had thin fabric drapes and you could feel the cold come in right through them. More blankets would help. We ran out!

It is always very tough to read any negative comments. Though we appreciate all feedback, this one really hurts. Yes, we can control the thermostat remotely, so settings electricity word search printable can can altered to save energy when no one is staying. However, it can also be adjusted at the house. There are ceiling fans also that, when set to low or medium, very effectively and efficiently recirculate the warm air that naturally collects near the vaulted ceilings down to floor level. For most of the guest’s stay, the thermostat was set electricity kwh to 76 degrees. Not sure why the master bedroom fireplace did not put out enough heat, but perhaps the guests did not turn on the gas properly as instructed on the house cards. Typically, that room will overheat quickly with the fireplace on fully. All windows are dual pane, but two in the twin bedroom are being replaced next week because their air-tightness has failed and had to be custom made. All the bed sheets and towels were replaced in November 2017, but we will re-evaluate them. Kitchen organization is a challenge; different guests tend to reorganize differently.
