If you are looking for a Scottsdale vacation rental but do not want to be in the center of all the hustle and bustle? Why not book this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Diamond Rim Vacation Rental in North Scottsdale? The resort like back yard with large covered patio has incredible mountain views that would make a stunning backdrop for your family photos, multiple eating areas, inside and out, and not only does it have a large heated pool, the outdoor spa is spacious enough to fit multiple people comfortably.

Each bedroom has its own private or Jack and Jill style bathroom which includes a grand, luxurious master bathroom having its own corner Jacuzzi tub. Indulge yourself with a deep soak, guaranteed to soothe sore muscles, after which you could rest easy in the King Size Bed…maybe even turn on the gas fireplace to keep warm during chilly desert nights. Every bedroom also comes with a flatscreen TV.

Take turns creating sumptuous meals in the large, fully equipped, luxury kitchen adjacent to the family room with million dollar views of the desert and mountains. The bed arrangement allows for many family members to easily share the home and the attached RV gate provides room for a camper to house even more family members!

The desert at night provides its own special kind of entertainment, but if a night, or three, out on the town is what this family celebration requires, Diamond Rim is close to all the Scottsdale and Phoenix hot spots…yet far enough away to make you feel as if you are in an exclusive world of your own. Spend days shopping at Kierland Common, or hitting the greens of our Southwestern world class golf courses. Your evenings can be spent enjoying fine dining, or laughing in a local comedy club…but know that at the end of the day, you will get to come home to your luxurious Scottsdale vacation rental.

We (couple and adult son) stayed at this house in Scottsdale for a week in February. The location was very convenient, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood of large single-family homes on large lots. The view from the back yard is very good, the McDowell mountain silhouettes were visible and framed by cactus. Within ten minutes drive are many restaurants, and a grocery store in the "Marketplace" area. Also a short drive gets you to the trailhead gateway at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, where there is excellent hiking. We also enjoyed walking along the quiet streets in the neighborhood.

The house itself was VERY clean, and there are plenty of new linens and white towels. The beds were comfortable and all rooms were plenty large, especially the master bedroom/bathroom/shower/jacuzzi suite. Everything was working and the house seemed to be well maintained. The kitchen was well enough equipped and the appliances all seemed new. Apparently there was recent maintenance done, and for example, there are new TVs in all rooms and new bunk beds in the smaller bedroom. Pool maintenance was done by a service twice while we were there, so the pool was very clean (we didn’t plan to use it so we didn’t have the pool heat turned on).

The separate spa was heated and comfortable; although some of the air jets in the spa didn’t work, that didn’t bother us. The spa and its heater are controlled by a hand-held remote control that worked fine. Overall, it was a good rental experience, and we were pleased that the property management (BookMyVacay) was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. We would recommend this house if you like peace and quiet and have a group of up to about 8 people (maybe up to 3 couples and two children). However, if you want more excitement and don’t want to drive to restaurants and nightlife, then stay in a more urban part of Phoenix or Scottsdale.
