This is a simple, clean, pleasant little home with a lovely backyard setting right on the river. Two Adirondack chairs on the edge of the yard are a great spot for a serene cup of morning coffee. The yard is fenced, but not completely. There’s room at the fence’s end on the river’s edge for a dog or a child to cross over into the next yard.Though not a large house, it is surprisingly roomy and easily accommodated our 15 family members for a Thanksgiving meal (with a few folding chairs from the laundry room). There are two long sofas facing each other in the living room, just right for conversation. We thought there was 7 gas station one upstairs bedroom, but there are two: one with twin beds and one with a double, plus an alcove o goshi with a double folding bed, all paneled in solid pine circa 1940. Those bedrooms are quite small but comfortable, and each has a window air conditioner. The linens in all beds are nice, and mattresses are fine. The furnishings are minimal and mostly 1970s, but in good shape. The kitchen is very well equipped, with both a coffeemaker and a Keurig; plenty of dishes, cookware, mixing bowls, and utensils; a small fridge with no ice maker; and a gas stove and cooktop. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, 4 outdoor folding chairs, and lots of space gas refrigerator not cooling for the the trappings of vacation travel – boxes of supplies, coolers, luggage, etc. The bathroom with just a shower is quite large (probably a former bedroom) and had one sink, while the one with the tub shower is smaller also had one sink. Closets contain lots wd gaster website of extra pillows and blankets. Towels are plentiful, well-used, faded but not ragged. Floor coverings are aged vinyl and carpeting with some stains near the front windows, but clean. The house is quite close to another house on each side, one occupied by an unseen neighbor and the other in the process of being reclaimed. The nice new deck on that one suggests that it will turn out to be a charming next-door neighbor house. The 2-lane street is only a few feet from the gas density and molar mass front door, but it’s not heavily traveled and is not noisy from inside the house. An IGA grocery store is just down the street, as are restaurants, a brewery, and a convenience store. The driveway accommodates two cars, but just past the house is a parking area used for a rafting business across the street, and our family visitors parked there and took the very short walk to the electricity balloon experiment house. There is a big TV with Roku in the living room and another in the master bedroom.

We spent the weekend at Frankie’s on the River and boy was it right on the river! We loved sitting in the back yard and watching the river go by. This back yard is all you need to unwind from whatever stresses may be bothering you. The house was just as described and gas 76 station was very comfortable and homey. This is an older home just as all the homes are in this town but it was as clean as a pin. The owners communicated with us completely and the welcome gift on the kitchen table was a bonus that we didn’t expect when we arrived. Also unexpected was a starter supply of shampoo, soaps, washing machine pods, etc. There was plenty of towels and grade 9 electricity review wash cloths in both bathrooms. The king size bed (the only one we used) was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and included the basics like salt and pepper, paper towels, coffee electricity images cartoon filters and Keurig Pods. We cooked breakfast in the mornings and then ate out in McCaysville and Blue Ridge for our other meals. Thank you to Frankie and Sarah for sharing your home with us. We will be back!
