We have the Town Center, a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction from the beach on the highway, which has a supermarket, gym, day spa and some great restaurants. Staying a little closer, we have amazing restaurants in the communities surrounding us, such as Esterillos Oeste, a quaint surfer town, or even the restaurants on our beach of Playa Bejuco. Another 30 minutes the other direction on the highway gets you to Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park, one of the most impressive nature lover’s paradise in Costa astrid y gaston lima menu english Rica. In either direction, you will find hidden gems of Tico living and things to see and do! Stay a month and you still will not run out of things to do within a 30 minute drive!

If you’re interested in a very reasonably-priced home to relax in while you escape the winter weather, or if you want a home electricity games online free base for exploring the central Pacific coast, this is the perfect spot for you. We spent almost two weeks in this three bedroom, three bathroom villa in a gated community with 24-hour security just off of the main road along the central Pacific coast. We loved every minute of our stay. Playa Bejuco is midway between Jaco and Quepos and a perfect location for exploring the coastline. Shannon, Dave Shirley (EcoVida Properties) took really good care of us, handling any problems we encountered and answering any questions. They provided suggestions for an itinerary for guests and booked three tours for us in advance. The tours that they recommended — a monkey/mangrove tour, a crocodile river boat tour, and an aerial gas meter in spanish tram tour — were excellent. The villa is solar powered and equipped with air conditioning, but we never used it because the ceiling fans and floor fans were sufficient for cooling the air. There are cozy sitting areas both inside and outside and an upstairs covered deck that catches a nice breeze in the late afternoon. The landscaping is really nice. The villa has a washer and dryer and ample clotheslines for wet swimsuits and towels, as well as three television sets. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a coffee pot and an electric kettle. A rental car is really necessary to take advantage of this location. It’s about equal distance from Carara National Park and Manuel Antonio National Park. Our favorites were Alma del Pacifico (Esterillos Este) and Pitos Que Comemos (Parrita). The property is an easy 2-hour drive on good roads from the San Jose airport. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Costa Rica and highly recommend this property.
