Having never been to this arena before I wasn’t sure what to expect. We arrived at 7pm and although the supporting acts had already started we still found a place to park. The staff were very helpful in directing us to where we needed to go. Inside it was lovely and clean and well laid out. We had to wait a little while for the merchandise stand but that was no trouble. The ladies toilets were gas after eating red meat kept very clean and there was two members of staff in there keeping it clean. There were queues for the drinks bars but then there would be when you have the place packed with 15000 people! I thought the drinks were quite pricey but we were allowed into the venue with the bottles of water we had brought with us. This I did think was good as other venues do not allow it. When going to find our seat a lady gave very good directions and even offered to take our photo in front of the stage/crowds. This was a nice touch. We found our seats easily gas 1940 and was ready for the concert. Anne-Marie was brilliant and then Ed Sheeran came on…WOW… the timings were exactly to time and the show was amazing. Looking at some other reviews…Yes it was loud but you are at a concert…it was a little hot in there but there are a lot of people all in one area…. Looking at some other reviews…Yes it was loud but you are at a concert…it was a little hot in there but there are a lot of people all in one area. I’m not great with heat but I thought it was bearable. We were in the upper section in the seated area and every now and then we got a little blast of cool air. We could see the whole stage too. On the way out I was concerned due to the amount of people all leaving at once. Again I was surprised as it really wasn’t too bad. It took us about 20 min to get out of the car park and within 30min of the concert finishing we were back at the hotel! This surprised me as it took 2 hours to leave the car park of a Take That concert at Wembley a few years back. Overall a brilliant night. More Show less

Couldn’t of had a worse experience going to this arena, before purchasing our gas variables pogil answers very expensive Ed Sheeran tickets I read all of Barclaycard arenas faq and tc because I wasn’t paying £520 for 2 tickets standing to watch the back of some giants head gas vs diesel mpg (which was correct, must of been the tallest man in there directly in front of me) we were talking to the people around us and asked if they weren’t ok with me going on my partners shoulders once ed came on, they were absolutely fine with this, even helped me up. Halfway through eds firsts song I was told to get down by an aggressive member of security clearly having a bad day with a huge chip on his shoulder on a power trip, I got down straight away but asked for to an explanation of why as I had thouroughly read through all of Barclaycard arenas website and nowhere does it state that you cannot sit on shoulders, he asked me to come to the side so we could hear each other better, this was when the situation turned very hostile by himself very quickly, telling me I had to leave, for what? for sitting on my partners shoulders!!! For asking why we were being told we had to leave? for asking why as it is not stated anywhere on their website? I shouldn’t of had to but pleaded for us to stay as this was a dream of mine, birthday present, our first night away from our 10 week old son which I was already upset and worried about, traveled far and the costs after the tickets, hotel, travel, new cloths equaled to just over £800! For half a song! He said we could stay but had to stay right at the back with a member of staff standing with and watching us! Like he wasn’t doing us a favour gas up the jet! At this point I was so exasperated and asked for a manager, I was ignored so repeated I want to speak to an manager! I was told to come with him to see the manager then around 9 more members of security boxed me into a corner then the back doors opened and before I knew it we were being literally dragged out! I had one grab me by my hair, pushing me, one kicking my legs and others grabbing my arms far to tight! Then slammed the doors I was mortified and writing this still am! We then went to the front door as now I was fuming and wanted answers and to speak to a manager which is a common and reasonable request which I am more than entitled to! Same thing happened they wouldn’t even let me through the door and again had another 4-5 staff treat me like electricity transmission a human punch bag! Police were called to my relief as at this point I had been assaulted by numerous members of staff all on cctv which the police watched! To cut a long hoffific nightmare short, I am now calling my solicitor first thing Tuesday and persuing legal action against the company, have also been informed by the police that I am more than entitled to the cctv footage, and they have seen it so they can’t give, oh that camera wasn’t working crap! Iv already wrote to the papers and I cannot wait to have my day in court with these vulgar savages! Absolute animals! Woke up covered in bruises which have all been photographed and I also have hp gas online login the police support, so good luck! You are going to need it because I am taking this straight to the top! Unfortunately this isn’t like a hotel where you can just book another, people will always attend here (while it’s still open) to see their favourite artists but you have been warned, and my advice is if a member of security approach you start recording them STRAIGHT AWAY! You are in a public place and you have every right to! Especially if you are worried about your safety! 15 men manhandling, throwing around and assaulting a small young woman, your mothers must be so proud!!!
