Your goals will be to maximize qualified leads and marketing-influenced pipeline. You’ll manage all acquisition channels including email/marketing automation, paid search and other PPC programs, content syndication, advertising, and webinars to name a few. You’ll consistently evaluate and test new lead generation tactics. And you’ll immediately manage an associate and begin to plan the growth of your team. In this role, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing, Eric, and you’ll work with him to develop a strategy, manage a healthy annual budget, and crush your goals. Experience in martech and marketing to B2C companies is a plus. You take pride in being a strategist as well as somebody who gets their hands dirty. You’re excited to manage a healthy demand gen budget and push yourself and the team around you to exceed your goals. You have in-depth experience with both marketing automation and CRM (we currently use Pardot and Salesforce). You’ve built strong rapport with a large Inside Sales team, and are comfortable managing lead follow-up expectations. You’ve partnered with the content marketing team to maximize content consumption (and in turn, leads). You have successfully managed high-spend paid search programs. You’ve owned and executed large ABM programs successfully. You have advanced knowledge of martech solutions like: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Bizible, Triblio, Drift, G2 Crowd, Capterra, WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot, Spyfu, etc. You’re comfortable enough with HTML to edit landing pages and email templates. You appreciate having an accessible and transparent executive team. Fast paced, high energy, rapid-growth start-ups are your thing.
