Place was very clean. Everything you need was there. Great location not to far from beach, 5 min walk. Couple markets about 6-7min walk with restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Couple disappointsments- -don’t lose a key. $15 US they charge for a $2 key. That’s an outrageous mark up!!! -check out is 10 am when most places are noon. They charge another outrageous price to stay longer $30 for an hour and $55 for 2 hours!! ( when the place is only $78 a night) -they have a phone nut can’t use it for really anything. Can NOT call 1-800 #’s or hotels in area or really anyone from it About the area. Restaurant . Carefull what you order. They charge 18% tax then charge you 15% for tip then still expect you to tip on top of that. (We had a $60 meal. Cost us over $90) We ended up cooking most of our own meals!! -all inclusive day passes. Can’t call about them from phone. Doesn’t work. Place we went wanted $45 day 8am-6pm or night pass 6pm-2am for $55 per person. Heard that’s the cheapest u can get. So we booked an ocer night for $72 person. Way better deal

Thank you for your feedback. Very happy to read that you found the place was very clean. One of the main reasons for a 10AM check out is so our housekeeping staff has plenty of time to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest arriving at 4PM. $15 for lost key is to deter guests from losing keys. We do manage 50+ units and if guests are careless you can imagine the amount of times we would have to go make those $2 keys. The $15 is to change the cylinder of the lock and new keys that need to be made. We do incur additional costs of time and transportation to get the new cylinder installed and new keys made. Information on late check out fees as well as the lost key charges are included in the rental agreement prior to your arrival, so this should not be a disappointment or surprise to anyone. The phone in the unit is for local land line calls only. Toll free numbers don’t work from here from any type of phone – blocked or unblocked. We must block the phones in order to avoid long distance calling. The phone is primarily to call local restaurants, taxi, our office and for emergencies (hospital, police, fire department). Prior to arrival you are informed that you must have your own phone to make the type of calls outside of the ones possible with our land line. The sales tax in the area is 18% plus 10% gratuity included for a total of 28%. In my many travels to Florida, sales tax is 7% and typical gratuity is between 15-20% so that is a total between 22-27%. So it turns out to be about the same amount as you are charged here. My family and I, including my parents and sisters, had an excellent stay at this apartment. From the reservation process throughout the stay we had a blast and it was only possible because we were all able to stay in one place and this place provided the best experience I’ve have with my family in years! We were 7 adults and I child and we had plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat and relax either on the balcony or by one of the 2 pools. Communications with Go Punta Cana is excellent and when we arrived, everything was as they had told us via email and on the next day Anny came to meet us with a big smile on her face for the check in. She provided us with valuable information about the Dominican Republic, places to go, eat or just to have fun on the beach. Thank you! The apartment is spacious with really good beds and beautiful showers. You do have to remember to turn the water heater on though, which was not an issue for us. We stayed in July and during the day the temperature was very nice and comfortable and we only needed the AC on at night. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed for the awesome home cooked meals my sisters prepared. Internet is provided and the living room balcony we found to have the best reception. We rented a vehicle which allowed us to go everywhere, restaurants, awesome beaches, shopping, including Santo Doming but if driving is not your thing the beach is a short walk! Overall, everyone from our group loved the place and the location.
