The flavors of Grilled Veggie Sandwich (portobello, zucchini, roasted red peppers, goat cheese, arugula, pears and pesto) melded well together. The “Shareable Sides” Mexican Corn Steamed on the Cob with Mexican Spices, Cotija Cheese, garnished with lime wedges could be a meal in itself.

Vegetarian and traditional dishes are served, and yes, they do serve their signature delectable sage biscuits. The Southwestern Quinoa Scramble caught my eye. Quinoa is sautéed in olive oil, seasonings, onions, corn, roasted red peppers, tomatoes and cilantro with fresh fruit alongside, made for a healthy and filling breakfast. The server tempted me with a grilled cappuccino/chocolate chip muffin. So much for electricity journal watching calories!
