The WMEAC Fund Development and Events Intern will work closely with the Director of Development to implement fund development projects and tasks including membership management, campaign development and implementation, donor stewardship and donor data management. The WMEAC Graphic Design & Marketing Intern will support all aspects of WMEAC’s marketing plans and design needs for special events, membership communications, and regular social media postings. You will support regular communications on current environmental issues and challenges such as climate justice, the Line 5 pipeline, water quality and other emerging concerns with the goal of educating, activating and inspiring action. You will also support environmental justice and inclusion goals for WMEAC.

This internship will focus on communication efforts through social media, email newsletters, membership communications and press materials. The intern will also work closely with WMEAC’s Inclusion and Development of Environmental Allies and Leaders (IDEAL) committee, which support inclusion, diversity and equity goals.
