Isa hanna – review of the purist villas and spa, ubud – tripadvisor electricity symbols worksheet

I begin my review with a sincere apology for having put off writing it to over a year since we visited (April 2017). Life happens, what can I say! Though, not a moment has gone by without reliving fond memories of Bali (especially it’s culturally vibrant core – Ubud), elevated to a spectacular experience by our stay at this absolutely fantastic resort. While it may not have the sprawl of a true resort, it more than makes up for this through the large hearted approach to its guests. Off the bat, we were able to establish very good communication with the ever-wonderful manager of the resort, Oktri. Upon our request, every aspect was patiently detailed and clarified through several exchanges over email and phone. We received an excellent offer to stay at one of their signature villas – The Limasan and were very much looking forward to experiencing it. The reasonably long ride from the airport to the resort was not a bother at all given the resort-arranged prompt pickup, cheery conversations with our driver, safe driving on very nice roads, and taking in visuals of a new place. Traveling with the elderly and very young children can be extremely tedious, particularly so if the region is a tropical place. The resort well-coordinated the pick-up of a second family who would stay with us in this superb villa that feels like home the moment you step in. Tastefully rustic in its appeal and well-appointed with the best of essentials, one could stay here for days on end and truly disconnect from the outside world. I will not describe the villa and its amenities in detail as it is something that needs to be experienced first-hand and create your own impressions & memories (rest assured, they will all be wonderful). Instead, I will highlight the exemplary staff – be it the front desk, house-keeping, room-service, F&B, masseuses, drivers, etc. You could get a sense that they were genuinely happy to have you over and cared for you; and that makes all the difference. The food is very good overall, though Chef’s special beef rendang is simply amazing. The only request I would like to submit is enhancing the variety of breakfast being offered. For those staying over 3 days, the menu can feel dated pretty soon. The overall menu too could do with more inclusions and enhancement of portion sizes. I can say without any hesitation that they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment in every possible way. Their flexibility, care, and concern made it such an amazing experience, especially when you are trying to figure out ways to cater to the special needs of the young/vegans/elderly in a new and bit of a remote location. We thank Purist and their whole team from the bottom of our hearts for a brilliant vacation. I am eagerly looking forward to return.

A friend and I stayed for eight glorious nights in Juglo Villa 2. We were upgraded from the Hillview Villa. Absolute Bliss. Stunning buildings, private pool, water features, fish pond and two magnificent bathrooms. The food at the restaurant is wonderful; we ate there for breakfast (complimentary) and most evenings. Our drivers recommended the local restaurant "Watercress" which was also superb and the local music venue "The Laughing Buddha"; where we watched an awesome blues bank. We had three amazing massages; the Hot Stone, The Oil Dripping Ceremony and The Reflexology. We had two fantastic sessions of Yoga, overlooking the jungle and pool. Our three tours; the Purification Ceremony, The West Coast Sunset Tour to Tanah Lot and the Downhill Bike Ride were out of this world. Widi our driver was fun loving, entertaining and always added in any extras that we asked for; such as visiting a waterfall or silver making studio on our way. All the staff are happy, polite and very attentive. We became very fond of them all. The Purist Villa is a relaxing, tranquil retreat that pleases all your senses and will fulfil all of your rejuvenating needs. Superb!
