Our condo is OPEN, AIRY and BRIGHT! We have an end unit which has more windows bringing in more natural light plus the corner units have a larger balcony! Summer Place is minutes from Destin offering plenty of stimulation including terrific shopping at the largest outlet center and one of the top 10 golf towns in America. SummerPlace #501 is a PERFECT END UNIT WITH EXTRA WINDOWS(avoid the closed in feeling of the interior units) in a mid rise complex for those that want to get away from the congestion of large complexes, yet it is within walking distance on the beach to activities and excitement. THERE ARE PLENTY OF REPEAT CUSTOMERS THAT WOULD NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

Summer Place #501 is a PLATINUM RATED property on the 5th floor offering one of the largest balconies on the island. Enjoy the 9 foot ceilings throughout and all tile floors (no grubby wet carpet after a day at the beach or pool) There are TWO POOLS (one heated year-round),a huge deck area with plenty of lounge chairs, BBQ Area (including 2 having natural gas), HOT TUB and PRIVATE FITNESS CENTER facing the Gulf.

UPSCALE FURNISHINGS and Large Flat Screen Smart TV’s in our condominium make the stay even more pleasurable. Kitchen IS COMPLETELY STOCKED and offers beautiful granite counters and large breakfast bar and new stainless appliances. WE PROVIDE DAILY BEACH SERVICE INCLUDING 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA for each day of your stay with us (in season) !

Thank you for staying in our condo and do appreciate the constructive feedback and comments. Each of these items have been addressed and corrected. I wish you had called me upon arrival or soon thereafter as I would have called the management company responsible for the cleaning and demand they return ASAP. I do pay for and have an annual ‘deep cleaning’ which is to make our condo spotless. This cleaning was performed in January 2017. Such a cleaning includes baseboards, pots and pans, all draws, ceiling fans, bathrooms, etc. Everything is to be cleaned. Also in January, new dishes, regular and wine glasses, needed pots and bedspreads were purchased. Although we have had no complaints in the past, our intent is to have our condo spotless for all renters. We have purchased and left on the balcony a couple of beach chairs in case our guests would like to use, which was a request we received a couple of years ago. It should be noted that we do provide (at our expense) Beach Service which consists of 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for each day our guests are staying with us, weather permitting and during the March through October annual season. Being an out of state owner, I do request all of our guests to call me if they have any questions with their stay. In addition, I also rely on the management company to do their job and properly clean the condo after each stay and to inform me of any needed repairs, touch ups, needed supplies, etc. In conclusion, I truly appreciate any and all feedback so I can continue to keep our condo in Tip-Top condition.
