Lovely hotel – review of hotel best jacaranda, costa adeje – tripadvisor gas station in spanish

Currently staying at the hotel jacaranda. The hotel is fantastic, huge and clean. The pool area is great, plenty for kids and escape areas for adults only on the top floors. The dining area is good, plenty of choice but I have noticed that the hotel staff don’t seem to be bothered about british residents. In the hotel there are a lot of Italians and the staff seem to prioritise their time to them and serving them with drinks. Everyone else got asked at their table what drink they wanted but never bothered to ask if we wanted one as well as, this resulted in us getting up and going to the bar ourselves. The entertainment is average as well, not really for young couples but there is plenty outside of the hotel which is only a short 10 to 15 minute walk. I wouldn’t class this as a 4 star hotel as simple things like milk, coffee and iron is not provided although there is free air con and safe. Another thing is that when you go ‘all inclusive’ isn’t everything supposed to be provided? We have noticed that only a hand full of drinks are provided in the all inclusive package. This wasn’t a budget holiday and I am pretty disappointed with the outcome

We would have liked to get the chance to speak directly with you during your stay as we feel that most of your comments would have been dealt with easily and therefore your experience definitely improved. For you better information we would like to clarify that we do not prioritize any nationality towards any other. We serve all our national and international guests with the exact same attention. Regarding the meal and drinks options, our All Inclusive package includes a great variety of products of all kinds, however we also offer other à la carte products (mostly premium brands) available for full purchase by all guests and for a small extra price for guests with All Inclusive option. And finally as per the new tea/coffee facilities available in the rooms, they are thought as a small courtesy welcome gesture upon arrival to all our guests, just as the complimentary soft drinks in the minibar which are usually much appreciated by our guests as not so common in other hotels. We sincerely hope to get another chance to welcome you again in the future in order to change the wrong impression you have about our hotel and definitely improve your holiday experience with us. I recently had a 4 night stay at the Best Jacaranda Hotel in Costa Adeje. We were staying in the hotel for 4 nights, on the second night we had sat down to eat our dinner and when i was eating my pizza i felt something in my mouth that definitely wasn‘t food. It was soon to be found that it was in fact a piece of glass in my pizza. I told the waiter who passed me onto the hotel manager who tried to tell me it was ‘salt’. not really sure how he would of got me to believe it was a piece of salt when it definitely wasn‘t. I was then passed onto another manager in the restaurant who told me that they were ‘sorry’. I was very unhappy with the way they treated me as it could have been a much worse situation and could of caused my mouth to bleed!. They also did not offer anything additional or complimentary after i had complained apart from that we could keep our room on the last day for another 2 hours which didn’t make a difference to us anyway as we had a night time flight.The staff were in fact quite rude about the matter because it was prime time at the restaurant on a Friday night. All i can say is that if you are eating in the restaurant, be careful at what you are eating.
