Mid-hudson arrests report may 21, 2018 orlando electricity providers

• Weapons: Timothy M. Baldwin, 57, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:35 p.m. Saturday at 55 Castle Road on charges of criminal possession of a weapon, a felony; menacing and reckless endangerment, both misdemeanors; and trespass, a violation. Baldwin was held pending arraignment. Further information was unavailable.

• Drugs: Kyle M. Bogucki, 19, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:33 a.m. Sunday on county Route 23B on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; unlawful marijuana possession, a violation; and was issued a ticket for throwing or depositing waste on a highway. Bogucki was released with an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

• Weapons: Raymond S. Pauli, 35, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:30 p.m. Saturday on Costa Road on a felony charge of criminal possession of a weapon (previous conviction). Pauli was held at Ulster County Jail without bail pending a court appearance.

• Drugs: Rebecca Ann Hunter, 24 of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:30 p.m. Saturday at 247 Costa Drive on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Hunter was released with appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI: Jose G. Antonio-Rosales, 34, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:18 a.m. Sunday on state Route 299 on charges of drunken driving, a felony, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was also issued a traffic ticket for moving from a lane unsafely. Antonio-Rosales was released pending a court appearance.

• DWI: Jose M. Ozuna, 31, of Belleville, New Jersey, was arrested by state police at Ulster on the New York state Thruway at 3:58 p.m. Saturday on misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was also issued a traffic ticket for an equipment violation (failure to dim lights). Ozuna was released with appearance tickets for Plattekill Town Court.

• DWI: Edmond J. Yerry, 46, of Suffern, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:40 p.m. Saturday on Creek Locks Road on felony charges of drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years) and aggravated drunken driving. He was also issued traffic tickets for crossing road hazard markings and refusal to take a breath test. Yerry was released with appearance tickets for Rosendale Town Court.

• False personation: Christopher A. Johnson, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:17 p.m. Saturday at the state police barracks at 1791 U.S. Route 209 on a misdemeanor charge of false personation. Johnson was released with appearance tickets for Ulster Town Court. Further information was unavailable.

• Burglary/Contempt: Shaquon McGinnis, 20, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:25 p.m. Saturday and was charged with burglary and criminal contempt (violation of an order of protection), both felonies. At 3:30 p.m. police additionally charged him with aggravated contempt (prior offense), also a felony. McGinnis was released with appearance tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
