Million dollar views — beautiful north bea… – vrbo electricity song lyrics

This newly constructed beach house is situated in The Sanctuary on the North Beach of Tybee Island with close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment, all conveniently accessible by bicycle. The house is located within the exclusive Sanctuary subdivision consisting of brick paved drives and private beach access within 100 yards of the front door. There is only one home between ours and the beach.

This three story beach house was custom designed to be the perfect destination for relaxation and entertainment. The plan includes a master suite (king bed) and bathroom consisting of double vanities, garden tub and separate tiled waterfall shower. Four additional bedrooms accommodate 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 4 bunk beds, all with direct access to full bathrooms. Rest assured that no bedrooms are on the ground level. In fact nothing but a foyer is on the ground level! The spacious and open floor plan provides the perfect atmosphere for entertaining your family and guests. If you enjoy cooking or choose to dine-in, you’re going to love the large fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler that opens up to the great room and carries you to a wonderful deck for outdoor dining and relaxing. The house is also conveniently equipped with an elevator to carry you, your groceries or your luggage to all floors of the house.

Relax outdoors on one of the two balconies located off the master suite and great room, or take in the expansive views of the North Beach waters from the furnished 4th story rooftop terrace/sundeck, a perfect place to sun, read or enjoy your favorite beverage as the sun sets.

The house is custom furnished for your enjoyment, and includes flatscreen televisions throughout, wireless internet (bring your laptop), laundry room with full size washer/dryer, stereo/CD/ipod player and ping pong and foosball tables on the ground level.

This is a beautiful home in a great North Tybee location in the Sanctuary. We arrived the month after Hurricane Matthew hit, and there was still noticeable storm damage and lots of debris on the island. This didn’t prevent us from enjoying the house, but may have been the reason the house fell short of our 5-star expectations. Our extended family of 11 stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen was large enough for everyone to work and the large family area accommodated everyone. The roof top deck and main floor deck were beautiful sitting areas. We loved using the 7 bikes to ride on the beach and explore town. Hucapoos (pizza) and Crab Shack were close by. We did have some issues and had to call the owners three times. They were very responsive to each of our requests –toilet backed up with sand (possible hurricane aftermath?), elevator lights out, cable disconnected. I would have like to have known the bedroom and bathroom layout ahead of time to coordinate bathroom sharing. There are two bedrooms on the main level (level 3 with the great room and kitchen) connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. One has two twins and one has a queen bed. Neither has a TV. On the second level, a queen bedroom is connected by another Jack and Jill bathroom (the one that backed up) and the bunk bed room. The queen bedroom has a TV. Also on level two is the huge master bedroom with a TV with a gigantic master bathroom . Most of us ended up showering in the master bath due to the very slow water pressure in the other lower level bathroom. Although the owner did come out and fix the plumbing issue, it will probably need some professional maintenance in the near future. The elevator works fine if you follow the directions (it is very slow).

This large, lovely home was a great choice for our extended family of 9. The bedrooms were all well-appointed and the master bath was fantastic with its rainfall shower head and double sinks. The large family room/dining room allowed for us to all be together without being on top of each other. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and pantry and put the wine cooler to good use. The boardwalk was just steps away which led to the flat, walk-able beach, perfect for seashell hunting. Most of all, we enjoyed the fantastic upper deck with its ample seating and loved the great views of the water, cargo ships, stunning sunsets and even some of the Labor Day fireworks! The home’s location was so close to the entrance to Tybee Island that it was quick and easy to get back to Savannah for sight-seeing. We enjoyed the tour of the lighthouse and its surrounding buildings and we had a wonderful dinner at Bubba Gumbo’s on Lazaretto Creek. The pier was also fun with its live music and nighttime fishing. We will definitely return to this beautiful home if our travels bring us back to Tybee!
