My senspa experience – review of senspa at careys manor hotel, brockenhurst, england – tripadvisor electricity voltage in india

#############

I visited Senspa on 13th February with my mum as she was in need of some pure relaxation. I was originally going to book Champneys but due to them being fully booked resulted in me looking through the Good Spa guide and viewing five bubble awarded spas. when I see SenSpa Careys Manor in Brockenhurst pop up along with the pictures I was delighted they had availability as going to the New Forest is usually only a yearly treat for me. I live 1 unit electricity cost in kerala in Kent so the journey was a total of 4hrs, we didn’t stay as we both needed to be in work on Tuesday.

On arrival our greet was pleasant and the ladies looked well presented, we were given… Please note this is only a review of the Spa!! I live in Kent so the journey was a total of 4hrs, we didn’t stay as we both needed year 6 electricity to be in work on Tuesday. We arrived at 8:30am, the spa reservation was from 9am so after driving past and being slightly underwhelmed I took my mum to Brokenhurst village. It was too early to get a coffee and a light bite in the gas density problems buttery (cafe) so we decided to have a nose around, by 8:50am we headed to the spa. I was horrified to see the entrance and the monstrosity that stood to the left of the spa, all I can say it looked like was a small version of a gas tower (maybe a slight exaggeration) but you will understand what I mean, at least paint the dame thing – just awful. On arrival our greet was pleasant and the ladies looked well presented, we were given the usual drill of paper and pen followed by a chai tea (something like that), would have been nice to explain the benefits of the tea, it wasn’t nice so we never finished it but a nice touch all the same. We were shown around the facilities as you would expect. Our lunch was at 2pm so we were in need of a drink and light bite and asked where we could get this, we were shown to the SenSpa eating area, a little clinical but clean. I asked the lady for a drinks menu, she asked if I was on a day spa I said yes, not gas kush really understanding why she asked she then handed me the drinks menu. I was hoping there would be a muffin or croissant on the drinks menu but there wasn’t so I asked the same lady do you have a breakfast menu, she asked again are you at the day spa gas and electric credit union, I replied yes and rolled my eyes behind her back as I just felt she was trying to be annoying rather than helpful. The breakfast menus were very expensive and as we got a feeling of not being welcomed we left and went to the Buttery in Brockenhurst village which was a delight, just a shame we had to leave the Spa but I wanted my mum’s day to be wonderful and SenSpa cafe was not doing it. SenSpa would have most probably got our money if the service was friendly and warm, maybe this girl needs a little customer care training, I don’t have her name SenSpa, but she was quite a tall girl and was working the morning of the 13th may be worth a little brush up of those skills. We arrived back at 10:30am, changing rooms are very small and narrow, if locker doors are left open and people are getting dressed it’s hard electricity in salt water to get past. Area designed for blowing drying hair is ok however with 8 stations I would hate for them all to be occupied at once!! Very hot!! Shower cubical was tiny! Also I didn’t see any hand cram near the wash basins – luckily I had my own as my fingers get really wrinkly when in water for too long. Pool area is nice especially of an evening however a little TLC needed in some places especially above the sauna some weird brown looking stains that need to be painted over. Hydrotherapy pool area is nice but does get busy – when in the sauna trying to close our eyes all we could here was noise – such a shame! Lunch was fabulous, Thai is my favourite food so SenSpa you won me over on that one, however electricity electricity music notes nice if the water was ice cold, warm isn’t the best!! My treatments were good, I was booked in for the Tiaki, Deep cleansing and firming body mask and the anti stress massage, the lady performing the Tiaki was nice enough but I really don’t want to talk when I’m having a treatment. I want to relax especially when la t gastrobar opiniones the subjects were about my hair extensions and the fact she was tiered and didn’t fancy coming to work today – really not professional. It was very bright in the room and she was very noisy washing her hands and closing the cupboards and the noise of her walking, something I have never experienced in other spas. The Massage I had was wonderful, the lady I believe her name may have been Sarah was professional in every way a good job but feel she was wasted at this spa. The spa is not up there with the best of them I’m afraid and is the worst I have visited c gastronomie plateaux repas, it just didn’t work well. I won’t return nor will I recommend, some nice things about this spa but too many bad things for me. However it was busy so people do like going to this Spa obviously this feedback is my personal experience and everyone sees things differently. If anyone reading this is heading to Scotland the Carrick Spa is gorgeous and one of my best so far. More Show less
