Natural leaky gut treatments – advanced cell training 10 ethanol gas problems

Leaky gut syndrome affects millions of people in a variety of ways. It is often wrongly diagnosed as dozens of other conditions and diseases. Unfortunately, it can be the precursor to more serious autoimmune conditions if not dealt with in its early stages. With leaky gut reaching epidemic proportions across the U.S., it’s important to know what to look for and how to heal it.

Leaky gut syndrome is a condition where the protective mucosal lining of the small intestine becomes damaged, causing particles of undigested food, toxic waste products, and pathogens to “leak” through the intestines and seep into the bloodstream, organs, joints, and tissues.

An accumulation of these substances can set the stage for chronic inflammation and an increased immune response . Also, a damaged intestinal lining is unable to properly digest nutrients and can lead to malabsorption, which could impact the immune and endocrine systems.

A poor diet is often to blame for leaky gut, causing a war to rage on inside your body when foods are consumed that trigger an immune response. Other causes of “intestinal permeability” include chronic stress, toxic buildup, a festering infection, pharmaceuticals, or over-the-counter pain relievers. Warning signs of leaky gut

If left unresolved, leaky gut can develop into chronic diseases, such as autoimmune disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, heart disease, respiratory conditions, asthma, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, or skin issues. Type I diabetes has also been linked to leaky gut, according to the American Diabetes Association . How to Heal Leaky Gut Naturally

Avoid bread, cereal, crackers, cookies, muffins, beer, etc. Why? Because gluten is hard for your body to digest and can tear tiny holes in the lining of your digestive tract, making it more permeable. F or a complete list of glutenous foods you’ll want to avoid, click here .

Sugar, dairy, nuts, and alcohol are not your friends. You have to eliminate ALL offenders for a finite amount of time in order to break free of leaky gut. That means no raw or refined sugar of any kind (fuels candida/yeast). Read package labels carefully because food manufacturers get creative with names for sugar. Avoid all of these foods: Condiments or additives (dyes or preservatives), sugar-free anything, soy, butter, eggs, milk, yogurt, chocolate, ice cream, cheese, nuts, and seeds.

While that sure seems like a lot of no’s, there will be a big YES waiting for you at the end of the elimination diet when you feel the difference in your body and mind. You will notice how your energy levels rebound, sleep normalizes, and digestive irregularities come to a screeching halt.

Stock up on organic whole foods. Focus on eating greens and colorful veggies more than anything else. This is the #1 priority. One caveat: avoid nightshades (potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers) as they can trigger an immune response.

Eat grass-fed, free-range meats. Eat plenty of organic meat and wild caught fish (omega-3s help reduce inflammation). Only buy high quality meat and fish since antibiotics and growth hormones can be toxic to an already compromised intestinal tract.

Beef up your intake of bone broth. Packed with collagen, proline, and glycine, bone broth contains a trifecta for restoring intestinal cell walls. Do a 24- to 72-hour bone broth fast (at the discretion of your doctor) to fast-track gut repair. It will give your digestive tract a few days rest and quell inflammation as your immune system resets.

Get your Zzz’s . Sleep is when your body does most of its healing, so be sure you get eight to nine hours every night. Refrain from using electronic devices at least one hour before bed. Instead, do something to put yourself into sleep mode before you call it a night, such as meditation or breathing exercises to gently lull your mind into a dreamstate.

Daily dose of high-quality probiotics . You will want to start probiotics three or four weeks after starting your elimination diet. How this works is the good bacteria (probiotics) will crowd out any bad bacteria. With regular use, the good will eventually overtake the bad will flourish so it can repair your gut lining. An ideal probiotic is one with an array of good bacteria species and roughly 50-100 billion CFUs. Ask your doctor or naturopath for suggestion and dosages.

De-stress. Do everything you can to cut out anything mentally, emotionally, or physically taxing. Take a vacation, deal with unresolved emotions, learn to set better boundaries to maintain a balance between work and home life, or use exercise to melt away stress.

We never said healing leaky gut would be easy, but the relief you will feel and the clarity of mind after it’s done will be worth the strict elimination diet and hoops you jumped through to get your gut health back on track. See it through until the end to prevent a setback! A natural solution for a happy gut

For some people, diet modifications might not be enough. At Advanced Cell Training (ACT), we find that stress and blocked emotions are the root cause of most disease. In fact, it’s likely why your immune system was compromised in the first place. We use a proprietary training code method that we will teach you to correct underlying stress factors and uproot emotional toxins that are being stored in your cells and keeping you sick.

Using this method, you’ll be given lifelong tools to override errors your body is making – causing an inflammatory response – and show it how to self-correct and heal symptoms of leaky gut. Even if your gut has been compromised by pathogens, you can actually influence your immune system to improve its behavior to overcome those microorganisms that may be hurting the lining of your digestive tract.

Our one-of-a-kind healing method has helped many overcome digestive disorders, inflammatory conditions, and food allergies, to the point where those things no longer affect them. Many even see symptoms diminishing within the first session or two.
