A Wal-Mart loss prevention employee called police again at 3:08 p.m. Saturday to report a woman who had allegedly stolen several items. Elkhart County police officers were dispatched and cited and released Michelle Graves, 51, with a pending court date.

• Kellie Arnett, 25461 E. C.R. 4, Elkhart, called Elkhart County police at 12:23 p.m. Friday to report someone broke into her home through the garage, stole several items and left through the back door into a wooded area adjacent to her property.

• A 39-year-old woman called Elkhart County police at 2:22 p.m. Saturday to report being injured after someone she knew intentionally shut her arms in a door during an incident the night before at 54297 C.R. 117, Goshen. Officers are investigating.

• Krystal Dooley called Elkhart County police at 10:31 p.m. Friday to report two people punched and kicked her vehicle while it was parked in the drive thru of Taco Bell, 55560 Ash Road, Osceola. Dooley reported to police that her vehicle was damaged.

• Goshen police officers were called to Goshen Hospital at 12:31 p.m. Monday on a report of a woman that had been bitten in the face by her dog. Yesenia Fraire, 25, Goshen, told officers she had been playing with her dog and she accidentally bit its tongue. The dog reacted by biting her chin and cheek area, which caused a laceration, according to a police report.

• Staff at the Elkhart County Humane Society, 54687 C.R. 19, Bristol, called Elkhart County police around 9 a.m. Friday to report someone surrendered an animal to them that was previously adopted from the Humane Society. Staff said the animal was returned malnourished and had not been seen by the veterinary clinic since its adoption. Officers are investigating.

• Jacob Quezada, 17, Goshen, was traveling west in a 2011 Dodge Durango on West Lincoln Avenue in Goshen at 3:48 p.m. Monday and he turned south into the Speedway gas station entrance. According to a Goshen police crash report, Quezada failed to yield to Tamara Cronin, 38, Goshen, the driver of a 2013 Dodge Caravan, and the vehicles collided.

At 11:49 a.m., Dawn Rottger was westbound on C.R. 200 South in a 2001 Dodge Caravan when it went off the north side of the road and struck a wood fence post, the report stated. Rottger was taken to Parkview LaGrange Hospital for treatment of possible broken ribs.

• Douglas Arthur Flick, 44, 25220 C.R. 36, Elkhart, was arrested Monday by Elkhart police on two charges of resisting police; charges of failure to return to lawful detention after leave, habitual traffic violations, possession of a handgun with altered or missing serial number within 1,000 feet of a school; dealing in marijuana, hash oil, hashish, salvia or synthetic marijuana; dealing in methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, a hypodermic needle and a controlled substance.

• Kasey Richard Correll, 28, 1115 Congress Ave., South Bend, was arrested Sunday by Bristol police on two charges of marijuana, and charges of driving with a suspended license, possession of salvia, carrying a handgun without a permit and possession of a controlled substance.
