1. Duties include, but are not limited to, processing actions, preparing correspondence and reports, verifying data, correcting errors, reviewing records, updating automated systems, and providing advice and training. Responsibility requires knowledge of other military personnel programs such as records accountability/maintenance, evaluation reports, promotions, casualty assistance, personnel actions, reassignments, awards, reclassification, transition management, separations, in and out processing. Provide advice to supported soldiers. Researches and analyzes a variety of information sources for personnel requirements. Provides technical expertise for grade 6 electricity unit both officers and enlisted personnel concerning awards, line of duty investigations, reclassifications, reassignments, emergency data cards, and record updates. Establishes, maintains, edits and closes pay accounts; processes, audits and edits a full variety of the most complex pay actions including but not limited to Student Loan Repayments, Incapacitation Pay, Severance Pay, Death Gratuity Payments, enlisted bonus, special pay such as dental, flight, parachute, medical, diving duty, hazardous duty, etc., and allowances such as family separation allowance, housing, subsistence, uniform allowances, etc. Also processes, audits and edits gas constant for nitrogen complex cases involving matters such as back pay, indebtedness and cases of similar difficulty. 1. Conducts analyses and reconciles officer and enlisted requirements, authorizations and actual strength with the Command. Evaluates existing authorizations, projected changes and anticipated gains and losses and recommends, from the personnel perspective, proposed courses of action to ensure mission accomplishment. Analyzes gas examples matter existing HQDA, HRC and AMC policies and procedures which impact upon strength management and coordinates with subordinate units to ensure adherence to policy. Gathers and analyzes data on the entire spectrum of military strength management. Prepares statistical reports and command policy documents with recommendations for implementation or revision. Reviews and verifies requests for personnel actions. Identifies requirements for requested actions and determines eligibility. Notifies requestors of eligibility and additional documentation required. 3. Controls and implements the military sponsorship program. Promulgates policies and procedures for the program. Initiates, coordinates and maintains control of the Command’s policies for the military sponsorship program for personnel who are newly assigned to organizations with the Command. Ensures that Command Welcome Letters and informative material are forwarded to incoming personnel. Renders assistance to sponsoring organization. Monitors retirement/separations of assigned military personnel and ensures that they are appropriately referred for Transition Services. Works with management to develop military awards package. 20%

4. Reviews changes in Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and AMC policies and procedures and identifies the impact of changes on the command. Participates with HR staff in planning and drafting military HR policies and guidelines to meet the needs and goals of the command. Prepares recommendations for guidance and procedures and coordinates implementation of such guidance. 10%

5. Conducts the Command’s military and civilian Voting Assistance Programs.
