After ideal gas kinetic energy booking a holiday at Flamingo land we thought we were in for a great time ,but to our shock we had the worst holiday we have ever had and will never return. Up to the night before we never had any conformation on the booking from Flamingo land as they never had any information about us or the private booking which was paid in full a month prior to the holiday. On arrival we found the caravan dirty and not to the standard expected electricity 80s song , we never had any gas for heating, cooking and the shower for 6 days there was also carpet gripper strips exposed which my 2 year old grandson cut his foot on ,lights didn’t work , kitchen blind jammed open , carpet tack sticking upwards ready for its next victim which I dug out with electricity 4th grade worksheet a kitchen knife and to top it all there was a loose fixing on the door which prevented you from getting in the caravan . The owner had a new boiler fitted in 2015 and was advised to replace the regulator but unwilling to pay the amount they decided against it.

Most of the holiday was taken up waiting for someone to repair the problems 4 gas planets and also complaining to Flamingo lands booking office about our situation and the only response I got was oh I’m ever so sorry but we can’t do anything about it as I had booked 76 gas station credit card login under… After booking a holiday at Flamingo land we thought we were in for a great time ,but to our shock we had the worst holiday we have ever had and will never return. Sorry for babbling on but after a 6 hour drive home I’m still angry . The theme park was the only good which took some of the stress away so I couldn’t fault that. More Show less

We are just home after our first weeks gas after eating holiday at FLANINGOLAND p gasol stats resort2nd July-9th July 2016. This is our first ever visit to this resort as it came highly recommended.From day one as a family with one child we were having a blast,we not only noticed how clean it was but how friendly the staff were,sadly on Thursday 7th July while out entertaining the kids on their scooters I endured a fall which resulted in me having a double open dislocation to of my fingers.Luckily we were electricity quiz ks2 in the touring pitch close to the leisure complex,this being a bonus as we knew there would be a first aider on hand.This is the main reason I am writing this review. I cannot praise or thank Emily the young pool attendant for her quick thinking and professionalism. I,m sure the site she saw was frightening but she not only took care of me but made sure my wife 4 gas laws and family were taken care of for that I will be eternally grateful and can,t wait to have many more happy holidays at your resort .
