The well appointed home was built 110 years ago originally as the local Railway Station. It has been expanded and renovated a few times over the years, but was completely renovated in 2016 gas in oil tank with an Italian classical theme and Old World feel. It is a rustic and luxurious 3500 square foot build out with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with plenty of entertaining space both upstairs, downstairs and through out the property. We also have 4 Adirondack lawn chairs down by the river for small gatherings. Here you can watch Steelhead and Salmon jumping just feet from the shore while drinking morning coffee or afternoon chardonnay. There is also a wide variety of birds such as Cranes, Blue Herons, King Fishers, Ducks, Owls, Falcon, Eagles and various wild life to watch both on the property and along the Yakima River.

The downstairs is designed as the Family Room with a 60 inch TV and classic wood stove all set up for football games and/or movie nights.

We get numerous requests to host Weddings on this property, however we simply are not set up to accommodate large groups. The septic system, parking and insurance does not allow large groups. So, what we recommend is that your group have the Wedding at one of the many great Wineries within Red Mountain and just have the family of the Wedding Party stay at the Villa.

My family and I loved the Red Mountain Villa for our electricity basics son’s wedding weekend. The Italian classical theme of the home was beautiful and amazing and the outdoor grounds were gorgeous. All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic. The views from the backyard on Friday and Saturday morning were stunning and a perfect place to relax, take a walk around your property and along the river’s edge, or soak in some warm sunshine before our days got started. All of the close-by boutique wineries created a perfect daytime activity for all of my family to engage in preceding the evening wedding festivities on Friday and Saturday. I appreciated your hospitality and quick-to-respond correspondence throughout the reservation process. I cannot thank you enough for your referral to the Tucannon Cellars for our rehearsal dinner…….fabulous winery and lovely event center! You were a great host and our stay at your beautiful Old Italian accented Villa, in conjunction with the wedding, made for a very memorable weekend grade 9 electricity unit test for all of my family! Thanks for everything and we hope to reside at you lovely home again in the future.
