Talis Park announced that completed furnished models and unfurnished move-in ready residences are available for purchase in the North Naples community’s Corsica neighborhood. Single-family homes and resort-style coach homes in Corsica offer multiple product choices, proximity to every amenity within the community, and park-like views.

Corsica includes 24 single-family home sites, 23 of which measure 65 or 77-feet and can accommodate residences from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. One 90-foot site is also included. North-facing home sites with water and multiple fairway views are priced from $660,000 to $735,000. Home and lot packages are available from $1.995 to $2.6 million. The single-family residences in Corsica are being built by Sunwest Homes, Harbourside Custom Homes, M Development, and Fox Custom Builders. The three and four-bedroom plus study residences showcase Italian, Caribbean Colonial, Spanish Eclectic architectural styles.

Harbourside Custom Homes’ 2,971 square feet, unfurnished Aviano II residence is available, offered at $1.995 million. Currently under construction, the Aviano II features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half-baths with a separate dining room, great room, study, and three-car garage. The great room and dining area open to a covered lanai and screened outdoor living area with summer kitchen, pool, spa, and colonnade.

An unfurnished, 3,101-square-foot Villa Adriana III residence with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths is also under construction and offered at $1.995 million. The first floor includes a great room, island kitchen, and dining area that open to the outdoors, a master suite, two guest bedrooms, and a study with wood flooring. The kitchen features an integrated wine bar, a KitchenAid appliance package, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry. Upstairs offers a fourth bedroom or second study, and a large bonus room that opens to a covered balcony. Corsica also includes a coach home enclave built by FrontDoor Communities. The Coach Homes at Corsica features 64 residences in 16 south-facing two-story buildings with four residences per building.
