San josé del cabo boutique beachfront villa – zona hotelera e85 gasoline

I have just returned from Sampaguita and a restock and maintenance trip to the Baja. The Baja is truly booming with development and construction in the Los Cabos region everywhere, including in our hotel area, and especially on the corridor between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Downtown San José del Cabo looks as beautiful as I have ever seen it after this year’s enhancements! Still minor road work happening, new hotel row bike lanes, new stores and restaurants. The weather was amazing and hot.

For Sampaguita Owners receiving our Mexican property titles last year was monumental. Two villas have changed hands privately since. There have never been public sales since the creation of the Sampaguita and there gas company are only 14 villas with many original owners. That is a testament to the rarity of such a small, boutique waterfront/beachfront property even on the Baja! That said, if you love Sampaguita and are interested in owning there are now two public listings for the 1st time and the Baja experience could become a reality for you and your family! Do not hesitate to contact one of the agents: Bonnie Leddy

Downtown San José del Cabo is reinvigorated after past tropical storms and a year of simply catching up with many improvement projects. I ate at some of our favourite restaurants and discovered some terrific new locations, art galleries and more in San José del Cabo, after the day’s work. Everything is ready for future guests to Sampaguita Villa 6 in the land of never-ending sun and margaritas! We want to thank our many repeat and new friends/visitors for sharing Villa 6 and treating it as their home electricity song youtube on the Baja.

The Sampaguita property updates to the tennis court including the addition of Pickle Ball are complete and already popular with owners and guests alike. As well, lights added to the front Beach Wall are beautiful at night and provide additional property security. Ongoing improvements to Villa 6 include refurbishing the bathroom woodwork and many minor updates, etc. We previously added to the ambiance of the villa with some traditional, updated and new wall pieces including an original oil painting ‘Four’ by local artist Ivan Guaderrama in the living room (check out his gallery in San José del Cabo ). Telmex updated the Sampaguita property to a fibre optic network, and I added a state of the art extender to boost signal strength upstairs (and inadvertently all the way to the pool). There is NO charge for the Wi-Fi. I also added an HD PVR in the upstairs master bedroom. We truly hope everyone enjoys the ongoing improvements.

The La Comer (was Mega) shopping centre and grocery store just a 5 minute walk from the Sampaguita gates has been fully updated and has many new stores. More new stores and restaurants continue to be constructed along the hotel electricity facts ks2 boulevard, e.g., Tommy Bahamas+. For a truly once in a lifetime experience, the Cabo Dolphins eco-dolphin aquatic centre is only a block away. Our favourite gym, Cabo Fitness, has moved just down the road in the Zona Hotelera (maybe a 10 minute walk now) in Plaza Pescador and is still making improvements. The view from the third level and open air work out environment is great!

Our two storey 3-bedroom/2-bathroom Mexican Villa is centrally air-conditioned and offers over 1,719 sq. ft., including a private patio living space that is only 75 steps to the beach. Sampaguita is a quiet, exclusive security gated community of 14 beachfront homes. The main floor offers ceiling fans in a large open concept living and dining area, Canadian satellite HDTV (includes a full compliment of US channels) with an HD PVR (so you don’t miss electricity experiments for preschoolers any sun and sand time) and telephone/NO charge WiFi internet, all for relaxing after a day on the beach.

The fully stocked kitchen includes all appliances; a new stainless steel fridge c/w 3 step water filtration system, stove/oven and microwave combination, new dishwasher, small appliances, utensils and most importantly a blender for those cool afternoon cocktails. The villa has large dining areas comfortable for 6, both inside and on the private ocean view terraza with a Weber gas BBQ.

We have convenient back door/main entrance parking and/or guest parking close by. The two static electricity sound effect bedrooms on the main floor share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The 3-bedroom home includes 1 king, 1 queen and 1 queen and 1 twin sofa bed in a roomy converted Mexican decor garage bedroom. All bedrooms have floor and/or ceiling fans for your added comfort. Well manicured grounds, that were completely re landscaped in 2013-15 into a mixed eco-friendly desert scape, offer beautiful tropical palms and include; 2 heated swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, a fire pit at the beach’s edge for the moonlit evenings, access to miles of white sand unspoiled beaches (Playa Hotelera), beautiful sunrises and spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. It is not uncommon to watch manta rays skimming the waves, schools of dolphins and porpoises playing out front or whales passing by.

The mission San José del Cabo was founded in 1730, and the quaint town of San José del Cabo offers varied and exquisite local cuisine, a vibrant and engaging art community and a peaceful and relaxing historic village atmosphere. The centre electricity in homes of San José del Cabo is a 30+ minute walk or US$7 (70 MXN Pesos) cab ride from Sampaguita. In other words, our villa is centrally located in the main hotel area and on the Playa Hotelera (Hotel Beach) like all the major hotels.

In contrast, Cabo San Lucas offers well-known names and tourist attractions such as, the famous Land’s End Arch, crafts shopping on the Marina stroll or at the upscale Puerto Paraiso mall (which includes a luxury shopping wing extraordinaire), sea doo’s, deep sea fishing, punta and water taxi boat tours to Playa del Amor (Lover’s Beach), tequila and all the Medano Beach Mexican parties and entertainment you could want. Between Cabo and San Jose, known as Los Cabos or the tourist Corridor, are secluded beaches and snorkeling spots, several world class golf courses and adventure activities such as zip lines and dune buggies in the desert foothills.

The location is phenomenal – Right on the beach! Close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bus stop. Very well maintained grounds, facility and pool. Small complex is nice for a quiet, restful vacation. Number 6 is well stocked and the manager is friendly and helpful. The unit feels a little well used and not yet renovated or refreshed but still very serviceable. There were only two of us staying there so it was plenty spacious. We only used the upstairs bedroom. Bed is nearing the time for a new mattress but we’ve slept on worse so not really a complaint.

San Jose del Cabo is changing rapidly. It’s becoming more and more touristy. However, when you head out of the main, busy, tourist focused areas, you’ll find some real gems for food and adventures. Be sure to review the guide book that’s in the condo but don’t be locked into electricity tower vector only what’s listed there. There are some great restaurants, sights and towns just waiting to be found. For example we really enjoyed our cooking class at nearby Los Tamarindos. Amazing experience.
