Location – Seacliff House is positioned in pastureland with sweeping views to Werri Beach, Werri Lagoon and the pristine Pacific Ocean, this large and comfortable home, set on five acres, comes complete with a dramatic in-ground pool and split-level sandstone entertainment area.

Configuration – Seacliff House is a single level luxury home. It has five bedrooms, all are thoughtfully detailed with modern comforts; the master bedroom at the far end of the home is beyond spacious, with king-sized bed, bedside tables and lights, built in wardrobes and ensuite. Bedroom Two has a queen-sized bed and walk-in robe. Bedroom Three has a queen-sized bed, a trundle bed, built-in wardrobe, and Bedroom Four has a double-sized bed, built-in robe. Bedroom Five has two king single beds plus a king single trundle.

There are three bathrooms: the ensuite to the main bedroom hasa two person bath and a magnificent view over the ocean, shower over the bath, vanity and toilet.The second bathroom has shower, cast iron bathtub and vanity with a separate toilet. The third bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet and also has laundry facilities: washer/dryer, tub, iron and ironing board.

To the left of the entry is an entertainment area with pool table and sound system, straight ahead is the open plan lounge room with leather sofas around a large flat screen TV and wood fired combustion heater. Beyond that is the dining table to seat tenand tri-fold doors that open the whole side of the living area to the outdoor cocktail deck scattered with sun lounges.

Behind the living area in this open plan area is the modern gourmet kitchen with stainless steel counter tops,oven and electric hob, dishwasher, large fridge with iced water, microwave, Italian espresso machine please bring your own ground coffee breakfast bar and stools.

Outdoors – With a full farm fence, complete with a secure coded front gate, this property offers privacy and luxury. At the rear of the property is a landscaped entertainment area and 15 metre saltwater pool with glass fencing and sun lounges. Split-level manicured gardens with sandstone retaining walls surround the pool and the outdoor firepit is the perfect spot to entertain A relaxing deck with undercover dining table for ten and a large gas BBQ overlooks the pool, there is also a huge trampoline for the kids.

Minimum stay – There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends and for weddings, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

Peak changeover day – Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Internet/WiFi access – This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agencynor the owner can guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

Bond – wedding – if you are having a wedding at Seacliff House, a bond of $1,500 applies if you book the Barn, or $3,000 if you do not book the barn. The bond isrefunded to you within 10 business days if there are no issues with damage, excess cleaning, excess garbage, or more guests than declared at the time of booking.
