Reporting to the CHRO, the Sr. Director, HR Operations will lead the strategic, operational and transactional activities of CDK Global’ s HR Administration functions. This progressive and innovative leader will act as a change agent promoting and driving continuous improvement of CDK HR’s processes and systems. This leader will possess the ability to get involved in all levels of issue resolution and still be able to empower and delegate to maximize personal efficiency.

• Proactively assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against relevant companies and industries and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, accelerate end to end process, and enhance end user experience

• Collaboration: Leads cross-functional efforts and initiatives that make a difference to organizational performance, identifies and seeks input from key stakeholders internally and externally and contributes expertise and experience freely in advisory capacities

• Business Acumen: Demonstrates financial aptitude in monitoring and adhering to annual plan targets, articulates a sound business case when seeking organizational resources, communicates to functional teams and cross-functional partners how value in his/her area contributes to overall results, demonstrates understanding of longer-term business cycles and makes sound forecasts
