When it comes to LOCATION, it doesn’t get better than this! This 6-bedroom Penthouse is located directly on the magnificent Bávaro Beach in the area of Los Corales and within easy walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, bakeries, small shops, spa & salon, gym, etc. Los Corales is one of the best, most charming areas in Bavaro/PuntaCana where tourists can live like the locals do. Everything you need is literally right around the corner!

There are several places (bakeries and small cafés) that serve breakfast and for lunch & dinner you will find lots of exciting options and some of the best restaurants in town, e.g. international restaurants, Italian, Mexican, Asian, Indian, burger joints, etc. If you want to hang out at the beach and enjoy a cool beach bar/lounge, Hurricane Café is just down the beach. The local fruit & veggie truck comes around almost daily and you can get your fresh tropical fruits straight from the fields to take home and enjoy.

The Penthouse does not have its own swimming pool, BUT you do have access to the nearby community pool, which is really nice and also has a restaurant & bar. It is just a short 3-5 minutes walk away. NOTE: If you want to use the chairs around the community pool, there is a fee of US$ 5 per person, per day. Otherwise, the use of the pool is FREE of charge (subject to change without notice).

And then, of course, there is the BEACH! The Penthouse is literally ON THE BEACH. You step out of the building and you feet are already in the sand…walk approx.. 50 steps further and you are on the beach itself. There is a private beach area, which belongs on the condominium where the Penthouse is located, with sun beds and palm leaf umbrellas…and the most gorgeous ocean! The beach is yours for the taking! If you want to exercise, you can easily walk/run a 5K (or more!) along the beach, go for a swim or do a little sunrise yoga/stretching to the sound of the waves. The early mornings are best for working out, before it gets too hot.

On the first floor of the Penthouse you will find a big open space with living room, dining area (seats 12) and kitchen – fully air-conditioned and with a ceiling fan. The living room has 3 comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV with cable and WIFI. On this floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The rooftop terrace is the heart of the house! This area has been created as a green garden with artificial grass, plants, two big sun beds, dining table (seats 12), gas BBQ…and view of the ocean. This is the place where you want to hang out in the evenings, listen to music, have a few drinks & some good food and share with your family & friends.

Once you book the Penthouse, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience (all services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the rental price):

During your stay at the Penthouse, our on-site (English speaking) villa manager will be in charge of the day-to-day managing of the Penthouse. The villa manager also acts as your personal concierge and is ready to assist you with basically anything you need to make your vacation a unique and memorable experience.

You are absolutely correct that the electricity is not included in the rental of this property. This is also mentioned on the listing, in the rental agreement that you signed and in our communication with you throughout the booking & planning process. Normally, the property manager goes to check the meter upon arrival together with our guest(s) so that there is no confusion, and they note down the number together. I am not sure why this wasn’t done in your case, and I do apologize for that. He has informed me that he took a photo and promised to send to you, but for some reason the image was deleted on his phone. We have already taken steps to prevent this from happening again in the future and apologize again for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

The payment of the electricity should not be a “guessing game” nor seen as a “risk as to what you will pay”. This is not how we want to do business. As you were initially informed by us during your booking process, guests should calculate on paying approx. US$ 10-15 per bedroom, per day for the electricity – all depending on how much you use e.g. the a/c which is the biggest consumer of electricity in the property. Your electricity bill came out to US$ 358.50 for a 7-night stay (divided by 6 bedrooms), which is only US$ 8.50 per bedroom per day. So, below the estimated cost which we advised you of before your arrival.
