I’m sorry we did not meet your expectations. We installed all new beds and TVs before this season. I’m glad you were satisfied with what improvements we did make. You are correct; the balconies do need paint and that is one of the things on our list to do before next season. We plan these upgrades for the off season because we don’t want to intrude on our guests while they are here. Thank you for pointing out that there may be some deck boards that need to be replaced. We will definitely check them while we are painting. As for the water leak, I wish you had informed us. We didn’t know about it until house keeping told us. Luckily it was leaking into the garage and not in the living space. It was caused by a clogged condensation drain line on the AC air handler on the first floor. A water leak is something that requires immediate attention and should have been reported right away. We are lucky it only leaked into the garage. Lastly, I’d like to address the exterior door handles because I think it may benefit future guests. The door handles are the type that allow you to open them from the inside when they are locked. There is a button on the inside that you can turn so the door is unlocked on the outside.
