I do not recommend Gesproin Rental Service or this particular rental unit, which is very unfortunate because this unit has the most amazing view of any rental we’ve ever stayed in. We had no wifi or tv service all week! We spent half of the first 2 days of our 7-day vacation waiting around for a service technician but, the problem was never resolved. The modem in the unit apparently did not belong to that unit and the owner either couldn’t be reached or would not help. There are only 2 window screens in the entire unit (a/c is only in the bedrooms)- which made the fact that the air conditioning in the master bdrm only worked half the time even worse. When we reported the problem, someone came to service the a/c the following day grade 9 electricity review. But, I think they only cleaned the filters because the dust/debris was left all over two of the beds and bedroom floors (we slept in dirty sheets that night) the a/c didn’t work any more reliably than before. The interior couches were somewhat dirty, the paint on the exterior furniture is peeling and the cushions stunk. One of the cushions must have been cleaned with bleach just prior to our arrival because my son sat on it and ruined his shorts. Tile is peeling away in the master bath. Window handles fall off randomly. The repair work that has been done in the unit is shoddy (caulk is missing where it should be and is strewn all over in places where it shouldn’t be in bathrooms).

Gesproin owner/management was unresponsive unhelpful in general. I tried several times to email phone. Twice I was promised a call back by management and those calls never came. They didn’t even have the courtesy to return my email during the week. The o goshi only Gesproin representative that we received help from was Kurt, our concierge. Kurt was amazing the entire week, he went above and beyond to do whatever was in his power to help!

As it turns out, there are many other units at the Stanza Mare complex that can be rented through other owners/management companies. The complex itself is beautiful, well maintained, and is convenient to great restaurants, markets. The complex is always watched by security we felt safe the entire time. The pool restaurant food was delicious. The onsite excursions company was great. We hope to return to Stanza Mare next winter (different unit/rental company)!

The view makes this place beyond amazing! The condo itself is a bit tired looking but the second you walk out on the deck, you know you have made the right decision. We received an email just before we left to arrange a ride from the airport. Unfortunately, even though we sent all gas definition state of matter our flight information and requested a pick up, no one was there to meet us and even phone calls to try to sort it out did not work. After 45 minutes of waiting, we arranged a ride from one of the local taxi services. Kurt was really helpful during our stay helping us get supplies and making restaurant recommendations. We were hoping to find a deck of cards and he had someone deliver them to the condo within the hour!

The beach at Stanza Mare is well maintained with plenty of chairs- we never had an issue finding a spot regardless of when we decided to head to the beach. Walking up the beach and seeing all the seaweed at other spots, I appreciated electricity balloon experiment the beachfront at Stanza Mare with almost no seaweed. The pool was really nice and the snack bar was handy for a quick drink or light lunch. Some of the food must not be prepared on site though and we waited about 45 minutes for chicken fingers!

There are a couple grocery stores within a 10 minute walk and tons of restaurants. We ate out every night at different local places (all in walking distance) and we thought all the food was amazing and really well priced. We fed a family of 7, with drinks, for an average of $200! Some of our favourites include Citrus, Wacamole, Republic and Coyote. All the staff were friendly and accommodating and most were able to speak English which made it easier for us.

The 3 bedrooms are a great size, the kitchen is stocked with all the basic needs. We did have to purchase some extra cloths and towels since laundry wasn’t really an option. There was one shower towel and one beach towel supplied for each person and changed once during the week. Sheets were also changed once. The seating area inside is spacious and the furniture on the deck was great. Big table with 8 chairs and a large comfy couch and chairs. That is where we spent most of our time when we were not on the beach!
