The complex features two heated pools (open late May thru mid Sept) and five sun decks. Unit 408 is on the 4th floor at the beach end of the complex for prime views from either the chairs out front or the living room. Tastefully deccorated in seashore contemporary, the unit sleeps 5: bedroom features a king-size bed and a twin bed, and the living room has a full-size sleeper sectional. Free Wi-Fi included! Cable TV (with HBO) in bedroom and living room. Attention allergy sufferers: No carpeting (hard-surface flooring throughout). Kitchenette with full-size fridge, two-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, flatware, etc. Complex also offers 6 gas grills for use by guests. On-site professional property management and maintenance staff (May-Sept.). Wall AC/heater unit plus ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom for comfort in this YEAR-ROUND unit ideal for the many post-/pre-season events that take place at the Wildwood Convention Center and Cape May. Reserved parking (minivan or smaller vehicle; full-size extended-bed pickups, Suburbans, etc may not fit, depending on surrounding vehicles). Coin-op laundry room on the 4th floor. The complex is oceanfront just steps from Wildwood Crest’s natural, award-winning FREE beaches–no trucked-in sand or beach tags here! Beaches are guarded by professional lifeguards Memorial Day through Labor Day for peace of mind. Done with the beach? Head to one of the many bayfront restaurants in the Wildwoods or watch the sun sink into the bay at Sunset Park, which is just a short stroll or bike ride away. Take the trolley or make the short drive to the famous Wildwood boardwalk, which is just a couple miles north of the complex. Three miles of shopping, food (fried Oreos, Douglass Fudge, and Curly’s Fries highly recommended), and Morey’s Piers (one of the most-visited amusemeents parks in the country) await. Need more nightlife? Take a bus tour or make the 30-mile drive to Atlantic City’s casinos and shows. For a slower pace, head a couple miles south to historic Cape May with its landmark lighthouse, classic Victorian homes, quaint downtown shopping area, and world-class birdwatching area (a National Wildlife Refuge site). Whale-watching and dolphin-watching tours depart daily (in season) from the bay side in both Wildwood Crest and Cape May. Golf is also a short drive away, not to mention dozens of mini-golf courses for the kids. Cloudy day? Head to the Cape May County Zoo just 9 miles north to see snow leapoards, giraffe, zebras and more. Or head to one of the many jet-ski rentals and kayak tour outfitters to get up-close and personal with the water that surrounds the Crest.
