Shipping in the USA for the light switch plates is $8.99 flat rate, sent priority mail with each additional item FREE. You must use the ADD TO CART option in order to receive free shipping if you are purchasing more than one in the same cart. We no longer refund for excess shipping paid if purchased in multiple carts. Arrangements can be made if you contact us immediately before making another purchase. We ship USPS ONLY.

Switch plate shipping to CANADA is $27.95 flat rate, sent priority mail international with insurance and each additional item free. Note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the final price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Interested, but live in a country other than the US or Canada? Our switch plates probably do not fit those in your country, but feel free to ask. We will gladly ship our Key Chains or Tin Craft Pieces to you, by request. Please convo us with the country you would like us to ship to and we will provide a shipping quote.

I cannot be responsible for packages sent to addresses provided by buyers that are not correct. Please make sure your information is up-to-date. If USPS returns your package to us, you have 3 options: a refund less the original ship cost, the purchase of a new shipping label, or the holding of your item if you plan on ordering from us again in the near future.

2) CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN MADE: Note we provide photos of tins and pans we will use to create your switch plate prior to making it for your approval. We simply do not have unlimited material to allow for changes after your custom switch plate has been made. Once you approve the material, it cannot be changed and you will be obligated to follow through with your order.

3) CUSTOMER PROVIDED MATERIAL: We hold all tins and pans you send us for 21 days pending your final order. We provide photos of layouts for your approval by email. If you do not respond to finalize your order, we will claim ownership of the material on the 22nd day. When your order is complete, we ask for payment. If you do not pay or respond to our email reminders, we will claim ownership of the finished switch plate(s) on the 22nd day after the day the invoice was generated.

4) CUSTOM ORDERS USING MATERIAL FROM OUR INVENTORY: We email you when your custom order is ready for purchase. We expect payment within 4 days. On the 5th day, if payment or communication has not been received, the custom order goes into our inventory and is offered for sale on all of our websites.

CUSTOMER PROVIDED PHOTOS: We might use your photos showing the switch plates in your home or business on this and other websites, for advertising or in the media. We assume permission when you share your photos, but will gladly keep your photos private if you contact us by email.

Please do not purchase a switch plate and then ask me to change it! Most of my products are one-of-a-kind and they cannot be changed WITHOUT prior approval. Sometimes we do have another tin to work with, often we do not. If you buy and request the switch plate be changed (example you buy a double but want it as a single) we will cancel your order. Please understand our switch plates are unique and are often not available except as pictured. We encourage questions and requests!
