I, Amit Majumder, a car book on 03-05-2018, TIAGO, on exchange basis, the salesperson Mr. Sajal Ghosh. Mr. Sajal committed to me of delivery of car on 20-05-2018. Last 12-05-2018 I and my brother go to showroom around 1 P.M. Mr. Ghosh is not there. The attending person Mr. Satyandra, he is misbehave to me and brother, he told that "The car Cannot delivery on 20-05-2018." Today 19-5-2018 I go to showroom for enquiry, the attending person Mr. Satyandra, he is against misbehave to me and lastly he said "Ja Karar Apni Kare Nin". Then I cameout.

Mr. Satyandra does not know how to handle the customer and how to behave the customer. His tone to me I am a purchase a car wrong decision. I don’t know the car formalities. Mr. Sajal and other person committed to me on 20-05-2018 of delivery of car, but today I seen No C/F, No Registration, No Insurance, then Mr. Satyandra talk you delivery the car on 20-05-2018. Why I am received the DEAD BODY ? Please answer me. He spoke to me we are committed to you for delivery of car on 20-05-2018. After 20-05-2018 the delay of delivery car just reason of Mr. Satyandra. He is harassed to me and misbehave. Till today the car standing the Showroom. Mr. Satyandra just behave to me just like I am a anti-social, he kill to me.

Till today i.e. 12/05/18 I haven’t received my vehicle. During my last service also I had the same type of problem but I ignored assuming that sometimes it happens. But this time they have crossed their limits. I had a doubt last time that parts are changed illegally during service and old faults are resolved but new faults are generated. I discussed this matter with the concerned person this time and asked him to look into this matter. I am sending you the job card please decide yourself whether I m right or wrong.

They have already wasted my three valuable days. I had blind faith in your service for even minor problems but now I learnt not to believe in your words regarding customer satisfaction. Two out of 10 people receive call properly and those who receive keep on transferring calls to other extensions where no one picks it. Then they provide mobile nos of the service providers who are in leave. Plz tell me if a single person is in leave can u justify that vehicle can not serviced in his absence.

I know I am one of your customers. If I don’t come to your service centre its not a big loss to u. But be assured It will be a loss of 9 years old satisfied customer. Hoping for a solution from your side. Those who are playing with image of such a big company should be treated in appropriate manner.
