Buckle up because this 2018, telenovelas are going to give us a ride across all kinds of stories. From tales of the supernatural to complicated love stories– ABS-CBN and GMA-7 have got you covered. Unfortunately, there will be some shows that are concluding this year, but that’s nothing to be sad about. Because that only means there are more stories to come. Here’s a list of teleseryes coming soon, continuing and ending this 2018: ABS-CBN: Teleseryes to end this 2018

2. “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.” While it may be rated as one of the most-watched telenovelas at the time, it’s been in the limelight a little too long. Viewers can pretty much attest to knowing ample information about crime prevention tips. Better get a good look at Coco Martin before the cast says goodbye!

2. “Hanggang Saan.” The series starring real-time mother and son Sylvia Sanchez and Arjo Atayde isn’t going to end anytime soon. After all, it was only in November that it began airing. Prepare to face some legal drama with the episodes ahead.

1. “Asintado.” The literal translation of this is ‘Accuracy.’ The reason for the title? Not sure yet. But we do know that it will star a new love team: Julia Montes and Aljur Abrenica. It’s going to be a story of revenge and jealousy– juicy stuff. It will premiere this January 15.

2. “Sana Dalawa Ang Puso.” Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap are going to reunite in this new program. It’s been almost four years since the last time the love team paired up in “Be Careful With My Heart.” Now, they will also be joined by action star Robin Padilla.

6. “Nostalgia.” According to actress Alice Dixson who is part of the cast in this show, it will certainly be an ‘epic.’ She also describes this to be a ‘very romeo and juliet’ type of love story. It’s also been rumored that the JoshLia loveteam will pair up for this series– including Jameson Blake.

7. “No Ordinary Love.” ABS-CBN says that this story narrates how Piolo Pascual’s character falls in love with a younger woman– to be played by Arci Muñoz. There will also be guest stars such as Empoy Marquez and Alessandra de Rossi from hit movie “Kita Kita.”

8. “Playhouse.” Finally, there’s another love team that will visit your screens and it looks like this’ll be gearing toward comedy. Starring Angelica Panganiban and Zanjoe Marudo– the duo will play the roles of a couple about to break up. But as soon as they are about to, a new challenge faces them. Watch how their love story grows– either stronger or apart.

1. “My Korean Jagiya.” K-Pop girl Gia’s romantic ties with her superstar crush Kim Jun Ho will need to reach a happy ending because the show will end on January 12. Surely, it will inspire girls to be positive and reach out to your man if love wills you to.

2. “Road Trip.” The reality show starring celebrities and their reflections is also come to a close this 2018. While there have been tons of realizations and personal issues that have taught the stars a thing or two about life, so have the viewers.

1. “The One That Got Away.” Basing it from Katy Perry’s song, the tragic love story that you’re probably expecting isn’t this show. Instead, we have three women who were, at one point their lives, romantically involved with the same guy named Liam– Dennis Trillo. Watch as their weird little friendship unfold on January 15.

5. “The Stepdaughters.” With little information about this drama series, we do know that Megan Young and Katrina Halili will be starring. Could they be the ‘step-daughters’ from the title? More likely. But it’s bett er to find out ‘cause it’s coming out this February!

Other GMA-7 telenovelas that were announced, PEP says, are the following romantically-themed shows: “Isang Libo’t Isang Gabi,” “Karibal Ko Ang Aking Ina,” and “La Soltera.” There are also reality programs that are coming back such as “The Clash,” “Center Stage,” “Lip Sync Battle PH,” and “Starstruck.”
