Our Private Estate property boasts the breath taking view of the entire Santa Monica Bay, from Malibu to Palos Verde, Catalina to downtown LA on a clear day. The property sits along the protected Point Dume Preserve State Park Bluffs. This Estate is only steps away from Point Dume State Park Preserve; which includes public access to both Big Dume Beach as well as Westward State Beach, both Malibu Jewels for Surfing, Snorkeling, Swimming, Boogie Boarding and SUP.

The main house has 9 bedrooms with 10 beds and 6 bathrooms. The Living Rooms and dinning area host plenty of open space accented with large windows full of scenic panoramic views. The upstairs one bedroom view gas 37 weeks pregnant room has a private deck, shower and bathroom, with the penthouse feel, high above the entire property this captures more inspiring and dramatic views. Crystal chandeliers, granite and wood flooring throughout, kitchen copper stove dome, and marble countertops promote the elegance of this home and space. The living room areas include a sunken fireplace conversation area, plenty of seating to watch TV or just kick back and listen to a lovely tuned Steinway Piano or the sound of the waves.

Located behind this large ocean-front property is a charming guest house with complete kitchen, equipped with all necessary kitchen utilities and items for gas 85 octane cooking. It includes a small dining room and two bedroom spaces; one with a queen size bed and one with a California king size bed. It also has a sitting room area for tv viewing. The house has it own washer/dryer. There is also additional outdoor space in back yard between main house and guest house, which displays Malibu’s other personality of vibrant green vegetation.

The guest house in the front of the property is billed to have two bedroom. A few concerns: 1) the bathroom for this guesthouse is accessed from within one of the two bedrooms, so the 2nd bedroom doesn’t have access 1 unit electricity cost in gujarat to the bathroom at night; 2) there is no air condition unit in this unit, and 3) the house seems to be on a septic system, and the smell of the system is noticeable from within the guest house making not having A/C a bigger problem..

The beach access is a real problem. The house actually has a great set of great stairs directly down to sandy the beach, but the homeowner will not share the access code with his guests. They’re good sturdy stairs, with a rail, to a wonderful sandy part of the beach. But he wont give you the code. No way-no how. He absolutely refused. When we rented the house we were told here are publicly maintained stairs just three doors down. you’ll use those, I prefer you not use the house electricity in india voltage stairs. well those public stairs are not three doors down, they’re a good 20 min walk north, and are not maintained at all. they’re steep, rotten, and take you to a part of the beach that is chock full of rocks and entirely inaccessible to anyone unfit. I was extremely disappointed to effectively not had beach access. this was something I dont think was well represented, and was upsetting because the house has a great set of stairs which he ought to allow you to use. It just didnt feel right.

I graciously invited gas kansas city this travelor to walk through our home before he rented it. I walked him through each room and we spent considerable time examining every space in the house and the outdoors. He absolutely had no complaints at that time and decided to rent. Now it appears that he was not happy with the bedrooms that he had clearly seen before he booked it. One room situation in particular that he mentions… is a bedroom that is connected to another by a small bathroom. This three room line up… oddly enough…is considered to be one of the favorites of many of our guests. It is a perfect set up for a family situation, where mom and dad can stay in main bedroom and children can be closeby and safe in the connecting room…both with beautiful pool and ocean views. Often good friends choose these two rooms 3 gases that contribute to the greenhouse effect and because of the views… find them to be among favorites of the house. Both rooms are private and bathroom has doors on each side which can be left open or closed…most people find these rooms to be charming and very compatible to their needs.

While the bedroom complaints appear to be silly as this travelor had his walk-through and I even let him come once again the day before he was to arrive with guests in order to pick rooms for them…another situation he was supposedly unhappy about was the guest house. All pictures online for our site show very clearly the guest house and how it is designed. The guest house rents year round and we have only received 5 star reviews for it..most feel it is charming and cozy and the way it is set up is that it usually appeals to families… or one or two couples who are good friends… and do not mind that it is a more intimate set up.

That would lead me to this particular travelor’s next complaint, and it is the first of it’s kind…that the beach access is a real problem. The travelor fails to mention gas news that I told him our property rental insurance does not cover the steps in front of our property for our renters… and this is why guests are not invited to use them.
