I practice yoga pretty regularly back in LA (I’m like a once or twice a week kinda yogi, not gas bloating diarrhea an every day kinda yogi… but have been practicing for several years now), so I can admittedly be a bit picky with my instructors. Nita is absolutely wonderful – I had a private class with her and we had a blast!! Bali has yoga in every nook and cranny, but SUP yoga is definitely a novelty experience and you want to be in the hands of someone who will make you feel comfortable and accomplished no matter what level you are at. So if you are up for waking up a tad early and trekking over for an 8 am class, DO IT!!!!

There are 3 different programs you can choose from, so the price ranges based on if you want just the yoga, stand up paddling AND yoga, and then there’s paddling gas vs electric oven and yoga at Serangan Lagoon. There aren’t regular scheduled classes on a daily basis, it’s more like a call/email and book kind of situation. So if you don’t have a travel buddy, you may need to do a private which costs extra.

SUP Yoga is dependent on the weather and how it affects the water, which is why classes only happen early in the morning. Email Nita (even if it’s late!
