Very disturbing !!! – the malvern spa, malvern traveller reviews – tripadvisor gas water heater reviews 2013

The following list below is what I found wrong with are stay on 13/08/2015 The accommodation room 116. Hole in the chair. Water stained lampshade. Air-conditioning did not seem to work. No answer from reception when we tried calling from are room. No temperature instruction on the shower. Very dirty glass on the door on the first floor. Restaurant problem’s. No bowls available at breakfast, so we had to ask for some. We also had to ask for electricity off peak hours some more juice to be made available as there was none, also we had to ask for some more bread to be available. Then there was a young man touching his face then touching clean breakfast bowls, so this then followed up by a young lady walking out with a basket of bread and she had the bread placed up against her chest to stop it falling off !!! Dirty doors which the staff touch as they come out of the kitchen with customers food. Parts of the back of the bar was missing or looking like its ready to fall off. So the dinning and room experience was very poor and alarming to see such poor hygiene standards. So not a happy customer !!!!! More Show less

My partner and I stayed at the Malvern spa for one night and I spent the second day of my stay with my girlfriends. We were all amazed by how gas in babies how to get rid of it lovely the facilities are! The spa/gym: They have wonderful big beanbags in the outside garden area which were so comfortable, and those of us who needed a little more support found the day beds were brilliant. The pool is lovely with jets in one section allowing those who want a bit more of a ‘traditional’ gym/swimming pool experience the opportunity to ‘do laps’. The sauna and steam rooms are great and the gym is very well equipped. The massage: The four of us each had hour long massage treatments and we were not disappointed! The staff are exceptional and the treatment rooms and chill out areas are very well v gashi 2013 designed and decorated. The food/drinks: The restaurant offers delicious lunch time food, including salads which are made with the freshest ingredients of the season, and the dinner menu features lots of yummy local produce. The food and beverage manager was so helpful in suggesting wine to accompany our meals and was so friendly! The room: The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rim was also quite spacious and very insulated from other guests which we appreciated. All in all? We can’t wait to return! The staff also suggested we check out the Colwall Park Hotel which I believe is run by the same people.

Visited with my husband on 19th June on a half day spa package, which included a treatment. We were expecting something really special but were disappointed. We are members at a local gym and think that we would have been better going there and booking a back massage, and then using the pool and steam room. A lot of the chairs inside around the pool were tatty and broken. The steam room as out of action, as were some of the showers. The spa facilities were nothing special. The foot spas made us laugh – hand basins sunken into the floor with taps on the side! Jets in the spas were feeble or just made random splashes which electricity and magnetism lecture notes kept throwing water in your face randomly! When we went to sit in the sun outside, we had to find our iPods and headphones as the noise from the surrounding industrial estate was so loud – you don’t expect to hear loads of banging and bashing while you are trying to relax on a spa day!! When we tried the coffee bar, the staff were unsure what items contained nuts. One staff member suggested a cookie then another said that they had nuts in. Not good when your husband has a nut allergy. Also nothing healthy or substantial to eat there – only cakes and biscuits. On the upside gasco abu dhabi salary, we both really enjoyed our back massages, this really was the best bit of the day. We just wished that we could have relaxed around the pool a bit more! I think if you have booked a hotel room and use of the facilities was included then you would probably be quite happy with it.

Hello Julia Thank you for your review and feedback, although I am a little surprised and confused by some of your comments. The hotel is on the edge of a business park, but is certainly not an industrial estate. I am unsure where the ‘banging and bashing’ noises were coming from as the units nearby are all offices. Our Brasserie serves drinks and snacks throughout the day. There are cakes/cookies on display but the menu also offers snacks such as sandwiches, pasta, jacket potato, tapas etc- I am unsure why this was not made clear to you. Likewise with your, understandable, concerns over nut allergy, we can provide details of all additives/ingredients upon request and I am sorry mp electricity bill payment jabalpur there was confusion over this. It is a shame you were disappointed with our spa facilities as we receive numerous compliments on the luxurious and relaxing surroundings. I am sorry the steam room was out of action on your visit but hope you managed to enjoy the remaining 2 saunas and salt grotto as well as the Grand Salon and relaxation room. Once again thank you for your feedback. Lynsey Kettlewell, General Manager
