Wakaya perfection review (update may 2018) 7 things you need to know electricity bill saudi electricity company

Let’s take a minute to jump into some of the ingredients in Wakaya products. We’d love to find any information or research linking these components to the company’s claims of weight loss, rejuvenation, immune protection, and overall wellness. Black Pepper

We searched a little more and uncovered a study by the Indian Journal of Pharmacology that wrote, “piperine possesses potential fat reducing and lipid lowering effects, without any change in food appetite, at a small dose of 40 mg / kg. The mechanism of action for such an activity needs to be determined.” Not the most positive conclusion, and it’s also important to point out that the study was carried out on mice – not humans. Green Tea

Green tea is a solid ingredient and we’ve seen it used in plenty of weight-loss and management supplements. Green tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant and is used to treat a variety of issues, including obesity, headaches and stomach disorders. [3]

In a meta-analysis by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, green tea significantly lowered total cholesterol of participants. They concluded that, “administration of green tea beverages or extracts resulted in significant reductions in serum TC and LDL-cholesterol concentrations, but no effect on HDL cholesterol was observed.” [4]

WebMD says that Curcumin (a substance in turmeric) “may help to reduce inflammation,” going on to say that, “Several studies suggest that it might ease symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, like pain and inflammation. Other compounds in turmeric might also be medicinal.” [7]

The Journal of Alternative and Complimentary Medicine studied the anti-inflammatory activity of curcumin, writing that the ingredient “has been demonstrated to be safe in six human trials and has demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity. It may exert its anti-inflammatory activity by inhibition of a number of different molecules that play a role in inflammation.” [8]

Alternative Medicine Review wrote, “Based on early cell culture and animal research, clinical trials indicate curcumin may have potential as a therapeutic agent in diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, arthritis, and chronic anterior uveitis, as well as certain types of cancer.”

While this sounds like a solid start, they go on to write, “Because of curcumin’s rapid plasma clearance and conjugation, its therapeutic usefulness has been somewhat limited, leading researchers to investigate the benefits of complexing curcumin with other substances to increase systemic bioavailability. Numerous in-progress clinical trials should provide an even deeper understanding of the mechanisms and therapeutic potential of curcumin.” [9] Whey Protein Concentrate

Current Opinion in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolic Care wrote that whey proteins “rapidly elevate plasma amino acids, thus providing the foundations for preservation of muscle mass.” They go on to mention that “several studies involving supplementation with whey protein have been shown to be effective in augmenting the effects of resistance exercise, particularly when supplementation occurs in the hours surrounding the exercise training.” [12]

There is no shortage of science behind whey protein, so we wanted to dig deeper to see if there was anything out there supporting this ingredient for weight loss. We found some evidence, but nothing that could be linked to any of Wakaya Perfection products. Ginger

Ginger is an extremely popular ingredient for cooking, but also contains quite a few health benefits. Ginger can help digestion, settle the stomach, relieve cold and flu symptoms, reduce pain and inflammation, and even promote heart health. [13]

The International Journal of Physiology, Pathophysiology and Pharmacology wrote that ginger shows an “important effect in the suppression of NFkB, COX2, and LOX, induction of apoptosis, activation of tumour suppressor gene and also modulates various biological activities. Ginger and their constituents create optimism towards the novel therapeutic strategy.” [14]

While there is some research behind the ingredients here, we don’t have any idea what the formulas are in Wakaya Perfection products – and there is no scientific research on any of them. Basically, this makes it impossible to tell if these products work, and even more, if these products are as high quality as they claim to be.
