We will definitely be back – review of hotel wailea, wailea – tripadvisor electricity vancouver wa

We stayed at Hotel Wailea during our wedding at Maui for several nights. We`re travelling a lot during the year and this was definitely the best Hotel we`ve ever been. When arriving at the front door we got Leis and welcome drinks. From the open Building we head a perfect view over the other parts of the construction. All rooms (except the suites) are open which means, that there are no closed walls, cause that`s not necessary on Maui. From the entrance hall we have been guided to our Suite. Of course someone took care of our luggage. We had a Suite with sea view. When entering the Suite it offers a breathtaking view over Palm trees and the sea. The architecture of the suite is very open, but you can close each room if you want or need (for us it was necessary during fiting befor our marriage). There`s a small kitchen in it so you are able to prepare little Snacks for 2 personons if needed. It also contains a fridge and freezer. The hotel offered water as much as we wanted (with and without gas). Every wish we spoke out was fullfilled and also some we didn`t. One morning we had breakfast at the Restaurant. Everything was very fresh, delicious and adequate portioned. Another morning we had breakfast at the room with the same experience. Also the Service and drinks and Snacks at the pool are great. Yes, we loved the pool and the gym…could start dreaming. They also offer a shuttle to the beach. There you get your own towels and water and there`s also a little bar available. That was nice too. The staff was constantly friendly, obliging and making us feel Special. There is really nothing I could complain except that we had to leave.

We are so happy that we stayed at Hotel Wailea – and we would come right back if we went to Maui again. The hotel was beautiful, lush, quiet, and peaceful. All we heard when we opened our lanai doors or windows were birds and waterfalls – ahhh. Service was great and very friendly. Our ‘partial ocean’ view was outstanding! Way better than expected for ocean view (it made the Fairmont Orchid view look like a joke!) We had a gorgeous sunset every night and were greeted by fresh fruit and champagne when we first arrived in addition to our tour of the room- a lovely start to our honeymoon. The room (it’s more than a room – it’s like a luxury apartment!) was huge and had a lot of great features. Love the walk in shower and large soaking tub. Nice kitchen with a lot of tools. Lots of drawers and closet space – event had single-use slippers which I lived in! The layout was open and private at the same time, and truly felt like home. If you want a luxury and romantic hotel experience, with the independence to explore the island at your own place – this is the place to go. Perfect for couples who want to enjoy a nice resort, but not spend 100% of their time there. It gives you a luxurious Wailea experience without feeling crowded or touristy, and is reasonable given the location and proximity to beaches in our opinion. Parking was great here, so we would recommend renting a car and checking out the various beautiful (and more secluded) beaches in the Wailea area (and beyond). Hotel amenities were very nice. Pool and hot tub area had ample spots to sit and we were able to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves often. Bar drinks wee good. Poolside service could use improvement. You could spend the whole day the pool if you wanted -but we enjoyed popping in at our leisure if we had some down time. Restaurant was great! Fantastic breakfast and beautiful view. Dinner is good but expensive, would not particularly recommend unless you are there as the sun is setting for the views.
