Also anyone can be smart at something if they want to it just takes focus, dedication, practice and patience.

The smartest person in the world would be someone who excels art everything the world throws at him or her and this we have not come to witness from anyone born on earth. You could be the smartest super genius of physics like Newton or Einstein but still fail to understand how politics work or have a low political intelligence. This is just how life works. I believe this is better so that life cannot be colonized.
